April 4, 20187 yr I will never get the fuss with Notorious among fans  It's easily one of their weakest singles for me.

It was a Top 10 hit for the girls however it hit the top spot stateside! Although its chart performance doesn't suggest it, I'd say it is still very well remembered and can be often heard on a night out every now and then. Definetly a 00's R&B girlgroup classic.
April 4, 20187 yr Author 72 | The Saturdays - Issues | 6.87 (more 10's) ylJ7eNrvrug UK Peak: 04 US Peak: DNC UK Chart Run: 20/12/2008 55-44-36-27-06-04-05-09-12-16-26-27-32-35-39-58-75-74-> 18wks LOVED IT:, Cameron (11) Alex!, michaelking21, Tombo, UltraReputation (10) HATED IT: blacksquare (2) Casey, NickF1 (3) At #72 is another song by The Saturdays! This time the third single to be taken from their debut album - 'Issues'! It was released after 'Up' was a huge Top 5 hit for them and this continued momentum for them. A lovely simplistic girlgroup ballad and is often a favourite amongst fans. I must say I'm surprised this was a hit, it really doesn't sound like one and sounds like something that should have flopped completely! I think this and 'Up' is what helped them continue to get further success down the line.
April 4, 20187 yr Author 71 | Little Mix - Shout Out To My Ex | 6.92 bFDzhKdrN9M UK Peak: 01 US Peak: 69 UK Chart Run: 29/10/2016 01-01-01-02-03-03-05-07-10-13-06-09-16-19-19-27-33-35-36-32-51-57-75-> 23wks LOVED IT:, Tombo, MixedUp (11) SamJudd, Liam, Jay, UltraReputation, Seinfeld (10) HATED IT: Simon, DJHaze (-1) Mack (3) At #71 is the first Little Mix song to drop within the Top 100, and a bit of a surprise in my opinion! 'Shout Out To My Ex' was the lead single from their fourth studio album 'Glory Days'. It is rumoured to be about One Direction member and Perrie's ex, Zayn, and was premiered on X Factor with a live performane featuring revealing outfits which caused a lot of press attention. It also faced criticism in being too similar to G.R.L's 'Ugly Heart' (which is still to come) but it still managed to be one of their biggest hits to date. Personally, I'd rather listen to 'Word Up!' or 'Cannonball' by them  I find it incredibly grating and they are capable of so much better in my opinion.
April 4, 20187 yr Why the f*** have The Saturdays management not fixed that 'Issues' screengrab!? LMAO! 'Notorious' really is their 'Move'. So infectious. The production is stellar. 'I Wanna Be the Only One' is one of the very best girl group songs of all time. I'm so disappointed that it couldn't even reach the top 50. :( It's instantly recogniseable and has stood the test of time to become a stone cold classic imo. Edit: I'm surprised to see it's taken this long for a LM song to drop tbh! Really happy though and I'm not actually mad it's SOTME that's gone, either. My favourite ones from the top 100 are all still in obvz . So yay.
April 4, 20187 yr I will never get the fuss with Notorious among fans  It's easily one of their weakest singles for me. Notorious is one of the most overrated girl band songs. Agree with you both. Notorious is f***ing shit. :puke2:
April 4, 20187 yr Genuinely hate 'Issues' with every fibre of my being. Awful. SOTME makes me want to break something too.
April 4, 20187 yr Shout Out To My Ex lower than Ugly Heart is a f***ing disgrace tbh. Edited April 4, 20187 yr by Seinfeld
April 4, 20187 yr Shout Out To My Ex lower than Ugly Heart is a f***ing disgrace tbh. It's musical justice (I do love SOTME though and I think it should be higher!)
April 4, 20187 yr It's musical justice (I do love SOTME though and I think it should be higher!) Ugly Heart just plods along with boring vocals and a boring chorus. SOTME has a massive chorus and great vocals.
April 4, 20187 yr Author Ugly Heart has more depth to it and feels more authentic imo. I find SOTME so cheesy and grating.
April 4, 20187 yr I adore both as I gave SOTME a 10 too but Ugly Heart is definitely the better song!
April 4, 20187 yr 'I Wanna Be The Only One' instantly reminds me of my childhood and never fails to make me smile. Brilliant track. 'Issues' is lovely too. Not overly surprised at SOTME being the first LM song to fall (although it should've been DNA imo). I'd probably rank it 5/5 as far as their 'Glory Days' singles go -- it's still an absolute anthem, but I can see how some might find it grating.
April 4, 20187 yr Yeah, Ugly Heart is far superior. It has more of a punch. Little Mix copied that song anyway!
April 5, 20187 yr Really have no idea what will even be top 20 or what will win! I would've thought Spice Girls would have it in the bag but these results are throwing up some unexpected results so far!
April 5, 20187 yr Ooh, didn't realise I had the top score for Bills, Bills Bills! Also didn't expect it to even make it this far as I thought it would be more polarizing, so that's a nice surprise.
