Just ahead is 'Started From The Bottom' which also despite its modest peak was a huge hit for Drizzy & detailed his own version of his rise to the top. Probably one of his most famous music videos too. And sadly just missing out on a top 10 place is 'Forever', his first single to Chart in the UK & at the time I believe was the biggest selling song to never crack the top 40 (side note, anyone know what it is now, if I had to guess myself I'd say Demi's 'Let It Go'). How times have changed though as if this song was released now it'd be a slam-dunk 9-week #1. It's one of my favourite singles from him & perhaps as recently as last year may have even been my 11. Which leaves your Drizzy top 10 as follows: Crew Love (feat. The Weeknd) Find Your Love Headlines Hold On, We're Going Home (feat. Majid Jordan) Hotline Bling Marvins Room One Dance (feat. Wizkid & Kyla) Over Passionfruit Take Care (feat. Rihanna) A *very* good top 10 if I do say so myself!
April 9, 20187 yr 'Forever' and 'The Motto' are both brill, especially the latter. Quite good showings for such non-pop songs. Great to see both 'Over' and 'Headlines' sneaking into the top 10 amongst all the bigger hits (and 'Marvins Room' too though I'm not quite as big a fan of that one).
April 9, 20187 yr Over / Passionfruit / Crew Love top 3 in some order por favor!! That's a pretty good showing for 'Forever'! An essential Drake song, I was obsessed with it when it was released and still know all the words to all of the raps because I spammed it that much
April 10, 20187 yr Much higher than I expected for Started From The Bottom, yay! That is indeed a terrific top 10, only one song there that I'm not particularly fond of.
April 10, 20187 yr 3 flawless tracks there, the top 10 is looking dope apart from two duds: Hold On, We're Going Home (feat. Majid Jordan) Hotline Bling
April 10, 20187 yr Here for Take Care to win tbh, either that or Hold On, We’re Going Home. Timeless classics Edited April 10, 20187 yr by Dexton

One of his most melancholic tracks, it's the only song in this top 10 not to make the UK top 100, just peaking outside at #102. It fared rather better in the US where it peaked at #21. It's not one of my faves from him, always found it rather overrated and it is in the fact the only song I didn't give a 8+ to in the top 10 so to see it first out is pleasing. At #9 is another single from 'Take Care', this time teaming up with fellow Canadian The Weeknd, long before he himself blew up. It cracked the UK top 40 at #37, conversely far outperforming its US peak of a lowly #80. I remember hearing this when it was played on the Chart Show and loved how different it was to anything else commercial at the time & it's blossomed into a superb track listening back to it now.
April 10, 20187 yr I didn't realise 'Crew Love' peaked as low as #80 in the US :o according to Wikipedia it wasn't actually pushed as a single there, how strange. Seems like the sort of thing that would have done better over there than here (at least at the time), it even going top 40 here was an achievement. Great song
April 10, 20187 yr Author Yep that surprised me too when I read it! Thought it would have been a top 20 minimum.
April 11, 20187 yr Author 7. Hotline Bling [8.40] uxpDa-c-4Mc Votes: 21 High: 11 (Dircadirca) Low: 3 (Tombo) 8. Hold On, We're Going Home (feat. Majid Jordan) [8.34] GxgqpCdOKak Votes: 21 High: 11 (Joe, Theo) Low: -1 (Bartier Cqmerqn, Tombo) A bit of a shock next as the single which won his "Least Favourite... " series 3 years back crashes out in 8th position. Admittedly 3 songs above it are more recent releases but still I'd have thought this would have definitely been top 5! Those two -1s proving damaging in the end. The second single released from 'Nothing Was The Same', it proved an extremely popular song & arguably was the number that catapulted him into a proper chart powerhouse with #4 peaks in both the US & UK, the latter of which was his highest as lead artist until... ...a certain 'Hotline Bling' came along a couple of years later. Released as the lead single from fourth album 'Views' this scaled new heights for the rapper, peaking in the top 3 in the UK. It most notably became associated with its Music Video, featuring iconic 'Dad Dancing Drake' when it eventually surfaced.
April 11, 20187 yr Yasss, I'm so glad those two duds didn't trouble the top 5! I'm here for the quality top 6 reveal :cheer:
April 11, 20187 yr Oh I am very surprised at how long 'Hold On, We're Going Home' is! Not complaining though as, although I do like it a lot, it's definitely not one of his best. #7 is about right for 'Hotline Bling'.
April 11, 20187 yr I didn't vote in this, but I had made a quick draft, and these were my highest scores: 09.5 Find Your Love 09.5 Marvins Room 10.0 Headlines 09.5 Take Care (feat. Rihanna) 10.0 One Dance (feat. Wizkid & Kyla) All of which are top 10! :o I'd never have expected 'Headlines' in particular to be so high even if I had voted. Well done / thank you everybody I guess (?)
April 12, 20187 yr So 'Hold On We're Going Home' is out already then! Shame as it's his best. Now the airplay and hype has died down I don't actually mind 'Hotline Bling' these days.

Over [8.41] 2lTB1pIg1y0 Votes: 19 High: 11 (Bré, Davidson, Dobbo, Jade) Low: 5.5 (Dexton) At #6 & a track I'm delighted to see so high up is the lead single from debut album 'Thank Me Later'. Another song that would undoubtedly be HUGE if released now it only peaked at #50 in the UK but this was right back at the start of his chart tenure. Only one song in the rate received more 11's & this has fully blossomed into my fave Drake song as of now. The hook; the furious production; the flow - all perfection  Beating that into the top 5 is one of his most recent releases & saw the rapper return to his more laidback style. The most commercially successful song from his 'playlist' album 'More Life', it peaked within the top 10 across both sides of the Atlantic but was unfortunate at the time to run into the height of Ed Sheeran's chart dominance. The song has been likened to much of his 'Take Care' era which is widely regarded as his best work across the board so it's no surprise to see this so far up the ranking. THE FINAL 4: Find Your Love Headlines One Dance (feat. Wizkid & Kyla) Take Care (feat. Rihanna)
April 14, 20187 yr Absolutely stunned that 'Headlines' is still in this :o 'Passionfruit' and 'Over' are both brilliant, especially the latter of course as it was my 11  'God's Plan' actually kind of feels like a bit of a throwback to the likes of 'Over' what with it not really having an obvious hook but being catchy in its own way anyway.
April 14, 20187 yr 'Find Your Love' and 'Take Care' need to be the final 2, that's the only viable option.
