April 12, 20187 yr Buy all the remixes on iTunes Bought all the remixes with earlier in the week and the EP bundle from her official store this morning! It’s too close for her not to get it - Just wish her team would tweet from her page about the competition that would easily generate some sales. Pleased that the promo this morning has sent Dancing back to #19 - that could be the difference between #40 and #41!
April 12, 20187 yr I've done some quick maths and I project Kylie to finish at #38, though this doesn't take into account missing streams, so I will optimistically predict her to chart at #40.
April 12, 20187 yr I've done some quick maths and I project Kylie to finish at #38, though this doesn't take into account missing streams, so I will optimistically predict her to chart at #40. I was about to say exactly this. Considering the chart outcomes have been bland and stale, we're having a few 'exciting' charts this year - battles for number 1, songs on the edge of the top 40 (or top 20 or top 10)...
April 12, 20187 yr Whilst I agree with the analysis that Drake is now looking favourite to secure the top spot this week I guess the other variable is that in last couple of days Calvin Harris & Dua Lipa have been catching up Drake's daily combined Sales possibly to the point where today they could have highest combined Sales. Suspect the margin will not be enough to offset the upweighted streaming but going to be close. Lil Dicky for #3 definitely.
April 12, 20187 yr I like Drake, and I really do think his music has gotten better in recent years, but even I have to admit him dominating the charts is getting boring. If he releases another new single soon after Nice For What (which is very possible, as he is working on a new album for certain) then I've had it. Edited April 12, 20187 yr by Tedward
April 12, 20187 yr Drake. Talentless Drake. Again!! Music has gone off the boil. It is DEAD. Someone put Back to Black on as the charts are officially OVER.
April 12, 20187 yr Just got another email advert for the 99p EP.! Buy it everyone! Lets get Kylie that top 40 Dancing up from 23 to 19 on ITunes today. Edited April 12, 20187 yr by SmileyKylie
April 12, 20187 yr Just got another email advert for the 99p EP.! Buy it everyone! Lets get Kylie that top 40 Which versions have you NOT bought yet? Technically you could buy the main version plus 3 remixes singularly on each of iTunes, Amazon, Google Play and other outlets - that's 12 sales at least :P
April 12, 20187 yr I reckon we'll get a new Drake album out of nowhere before too long, which will result in him getting yet another #1 probably. With his last album 'Passionfruit' went straight in at #3 and that was up against two Ed Sheeran tracks.
April 12, 20187 yr Kinda rooting for Kylie to end up being #41 tbh. (But I do think she actually will just about cling on now ~) Definitely looking like at least a #2 debut for Drake then. Maybe a very slim chance that he could still debut at #1? ;o edit: yeah from the figures cqmerqn posted, it could be very close! Why would you want Kylie at 41? :puke2:
April 12, 20187 yr I don’t think Drake is talentless :P I can’t say I’m a huge fan of him dominating the charts by releasing a new single every ~10 weeks which he is, so far, doing, but at the same time Nice For What is my favourite release from him in a long time so I’d happily see it knock Lil Dicky from the top  One Kiss should definitely be #1 next week so it’s not like Drake is blocking another #1 from Calvin (just a #1 debut)
April 12, 20187 yr Why would you want Kylie at 41? :puke2: He probably just wants to see the meltdown that would ensue.
April 12, 20187 yr He probably just wants to see the meltdown that would ensue. Precisely xx (also it's a terrible song)
April 12, 20187 yr Tomorrow could see a double Buzzjack meltdown - Kylie denied of a top 40 and Dua denied of a Number 1
April 12, 20187 yr I hope Drake doesn’t snatch the lead. I want it to end up as 1. Calvin/Dua 2. Drake 3. Lil Dicky/Chris
April 12, 20187 yr Dua/Calvin have no chance this week (sadly) really rooting for Kylie even though the song is terrible, I can't at the mix of pop with country
April 12, 20187 yr Tomorrow could see a double Buzzjack meltdown - Kylie denied of a top 40 and Dua denied of a Number 1 I can see it now... Perfect is at #40 with Dancing just behind at #41
April 12, 20187 yr Author really rooting for Kylie even though the song is terrible, I can't at the mix of pop with country Isn't a mix of pop and country quite common? :P I mean Taylor Swift managed it for a few albums quite successfully.
