The Visitors and Arrival are the best albums.

I'd add Super Trouper to those.

They crashed the whole of the Universal Records network for several hours earlier

Both vinyl picture discs have sold out from their website and the CD Boxset on Amazon has also sold out
I’m quite glad I went on and ordered during the B&B chat earlier! Got everything I wanted (Vinyl bundle, CD/Cassette bundle, all the singles). Plus the yellow vinyl and deluxe box from HMV. Loon up.
I cant imagine these being long lasting streaming hits - the first better then the second but both sound dated.

It's quite interesting to hear a song so faithful to the original ABBA sound (right down to the glissando from 'Dancing Queen') with some modern production quirks thrown in! (Don't Shut Me Down)

'I Still Have Faith in You' is nice, it felt quite emotional and fitting at the time it was screened during the livestream.

It seems ABBA have taken inspiration from Steps & the Power Rangers. :D

Steps influencing ABBA would be quite a turn up for the books! I was trying to think of the amount of ABBA/B&B songs Steps had sung or covered, and it's a rather high amount:

Lay All Your Love On Me (for ABBAmania)

I Know Him So Well (single in 2001)

Dancing Queen (on its own for The Ultimate Collection and as part of the BRITs medley single in 1999 with Mamma Mia, Take A Chance On Me and Thank You For The Music)

Story Of A Heart (single in 2017)

Plus H & Claire covered Another You, Another Me, and the trio of One For Sorrow, After The Love Has Gone and H & Claire's All Out Of Love are all basically cut from the same cloth as A Winner Takes It All.

Both songs are for their older fans but the best release of the day among the pop groups is Don't Shut Me Down.

Quite, makes me wonder what might have surfaced if they'd been releasing songs as ABBA at least intermittently in the interim.

Both of these are really lovely additions to the ABBA canon, really refreshing to hear songs in this style again now.

First indication of how it’s selling -

is Abba Gold the best selling album ever? Swear its not left the charts since 1992.

No, Queen's GH is but I think Gold may overtake that soon.

Internationally, it's Thriller isn't it?
