And I have a song that's now a lot more me as my highest peaker than my previous one was (no disrespect to Love Stuck at all, it's a banger, but I am so so pleased I got something that is just so me up so high). Thank you everyone who voted, that means a lot to me, Night Will Fade is one of my favourite entries already and I'm amazed it took to everyone as well as it did. And now I have a 50% chance of getting an AQ (which inevitably will be a zero percent chance), I've never been in this position before. That's thrown my entry plans a bit :lol: In my notes I described it as a curate's egg. Some parts were great, other parts less so. Overall, it was good enough to get some points :lol:

I originally intended entering Dr Mabuse to BJSC100 until I switched to Anathema. April 29, 20187 yr Ayy I was 18th in my semi as I expected *.* getting through on the strength of votes from precisely five people, one of which was only 1 point (but still held on to get final points from all 5 of those countries yay). 34 points is matching the all-time record for the lowest score to ever qualify with as well. A record I am proud to own, especially as I got to have my mid-20s finish in the final anyway xx I was insanely lucky that this semi had so many no-hopers in it I guess, so I managed to scrape in even with nearly the worst possible draw for my song :lol: thank you of course to Suede and Mack for helping me out majorly in that semi. Wow at FARC winning by so much in semi 2!! Surprised that they didn't come closer to Niceland in the final considering (although 4th is still pretty good ofc).
