Another "current" question, with Arctic Monkeys releasing a long anticipated (and a lot disappointing for many) album this week! I don't know what to make of this shift of direction, but I quite enjoyed the new one!

The ones of you who answered 'Suck it and See' were the luckiest, which is really surprising to me, as it's the least memorable album to me out of the 4 eligible ones. Seems like many of us thought that and decided to opt with the more popular ones... and failed!

 

Two of you fell for my small trick with 'Humbug', as it's indeed a #1 and spent 24 weeks in the top-100. However, it has only spent 16 weeks in the top-75 and thus is not qualified.

I was very tempted to go for Favourite Worst Nightmare actually but didn't want to risk any others mainly because I had no clue if they spent that required timespan!

Yay for Ke$ha giving me a Pointless, I figured there'd be quite a few people who don't enter BJSC who wouldn't realise 'Dolla' is the same as 'TiK ToK' :P (actually surprised there were so few incorrect answers for that as it's not immediately obvious where to find the list of winners). Also 'Good Feeling' was genuinely the first one to come to mind for that 'falling 1 place 4 weeks in a row' question because of it coming up recently in a Now! session on plug.dj, I did think of Eminem as well after that but thought Flo Rida would be a little less memorable anyway.

Frankie Laine was ALMOST THERE, occupying #1 and #3 and #2 and #3, however it didn't make the double #1 and #2 on the same week. The fifth suggestion of Ed Sheeran of 'Bloodstream' and 'Thinking Out Loud' doesn't qualify either, as they also occupied those positions on different dates.

I totally forgot about Ed Sheeran and Bieber and just flocked straight to the archives for my favourite band. I really thought I'd be on to a Pointless there as 'Magical Mystery Tour (EP)' is quite a random #2, so aw at FleetSeb picking it too and the more obvious Beatles option being pointless!
