If 'One Kiss's sales decline this week then it will be on ACR next week. Same goes for 'Nice For What' (which means it could potentially be going 16-OUT-20 when his album drops :drama:)
Has it really though? It's undeniably been the most popular track of the week for the past 8 weeks. I'd rather we have long running #1s than "non-#1s" and "fake #1s".
So if One Kiss does indeed hit ACR next week (which seems incredibly likely) we will FINALLY have another exactly 8-week #1 for the first time in 26 years!
One Kiss and Nice For What going to ACR, I thought I'd see the day!! C'mon Ariana, do some promo next week and get NTLTC to #1
No way JEss Glynne or Anne Marie for number one or someone else Ariana had her chance and peaked already

I don't mind One Kiss being number 1 for such a long time.

Usually the long runner number 1s (Shape of You/ the 2 Drake tracks) i've found awful. One Kiss is still a bop

Great to see Solo climb in that update, it is such a great track! Nice to see Jess Glynne up too!

You really think loads will actually buy the track once the album is released -_-

I'm confused as to what you're saying here.

I'm suggesting that if 'Nice For What' is on ACR, three of Drake's album tracks will debut higher than it, thus kicking it off the chart, then as the album tracks quickly fade away, 'Nice For What' will once again be in Drake's top 3 and thus chart eligible again. This already happened with The Weeknd when he released his EP (though 'Pray For Me' wasn't on ACR, it just happened to be lower than his EP tracks anyway).

'Nice For What' will get a huge amount of streams when Drake releases his album which is what counts in the charts more than the small number of people actually downloading his music.

Oh I c thought you were insinuating that once it hits acr it will drop out and climb back in the next week
Yep, TGS soundtrack definitely best seller of 2018 then! Xmas sales will drive it thru the roof

Out of interest, what would happen if Nice For What got a 50%+ boost from the stream increase on album release week AND fell to the 4th highest Drake song, making it ineligible, and then on the 2nd week it becomes the 3rd highest Drake song and re-enters the chart? Would the OCC put it on SCR because it got the 50%+ boost the previous week, or would they leave it on ACR because it was ineligible when it got the boost?

I don't think this scenario will happen with Drake, but something similar could happen in the future.

Has this already happened with Post Malone? Rockstar (which got a large boost after album release) is way above Paranoid on Spotify now but the latter is still charting officially.

Rockstar indeed did get a >50% boost following his album's release, but at that point it was already on ACR and the sales boost wasn't enough for it to land in Post Malone's top three, and because it didn't chart it was not eligible for a reset to SCR. For a song to be reset it has to both have a >50% boost AND be in the official top 100. If that wasn't a rule and Rockstar got reset it would be in the chart right now instead of Paranoid.
