Love love love both 'End Credits' and 'Stressed Out', I remember putting a lot of *.* things for this section in my PM   I totally get 'This Is The Life' as a guess for that initial bit, but yeah, wildly different songs when the banging production kicks in

21 Logic ft. Alessia Cara & Khalid - 1-800-273-8255

UK chart peak: #9 (Platinum)

Correct: Dan, TS031, Theo., Dircadirca, Dalekturret, Dexton, Zarate, chrissmith276, CianS, LewisGT, Jade, Rush, Ultraviolence, Riser

Incorrect: Vibe (Lil Dyrk - 773 Volume)

Dobbo (Marlon Roudette - When The Beat Drops Out)

PeteFromLeeds (Taylor Swift)

One of the most powerful songs of recent years, this 2017 hit rightfully made waves with its beautiful video that focused on a gay suicidal teenager, starring the beautiful Nolan Gould of Modern Family fame  The lyrics are just as raw, with the song being written as a conversation to the suicide helpline (the song's title), with such heart and feeling given to the song by both Logic and the guest verses from Alessia Cara and Khalid, it's such a moving song and I'm glad it was a hit and reached so many people! Vibe's guess appears to be a remix or something using the same beat but idk where he got it from as that didn't chart or anything, I'm being harsh bc this is clearly all chart songs :P

It took a little while for '1-800-273-8255' to click but then it suddenly hit me! Not the most distinctive production ever but it was one of my favourite songs of last year  surprised that more than 10 people got it tbh.

(Wondering if Dan has matched my score on this ;o seems to be slaying so far)

If you've got everything except that Bjork song, then yes.

It'll come down to which of the bonus questions we got. :o

22 Charlotte Church - Crazy Chick

UK peak: #2

Correct: Dan, Vibe, TS031, Mack, Dalekturret, HarryEzra, Chez Wombat, Dobbo, chrissmith276, CianS, LewisGT, Jade, Rush, Sarah, gavindeejay

Incorrect: Riser (Kate Nash - Mouthwash)

PeteFromLeeds (McFly)

An underrated pop-rock classic next, and one that was almost a chart topper for Charlotte Church as her proper debut foray outside of classical music (aside from a feature on the similarly underrated Jurgen Vires song Brave New World)! I suppose it was fairly fleeting so isn't as well remebered as it might be but it gets a solid few right guesses. This is such a pop bop, I listen to it quite often still and they play it in the pop room where we go out quite often which always goes down well, I get my life every time

Yep I have :o omg, it's war!!

('Crazy Chick' *.* what a guilty pleasure)

Are you kidding me I didn't even get TOP :/ I honestly thought that sounded like the beginning of These words for some reason

23 Taylor Swift - Ready For It

UK chart peak: #7 (Silver)

Correct: Dan, Dircadirca, TS031, Yorkie3, Theo., Dalekturret, Bjork, HarryEzra, Dexton, Zarate, Dobbo, chrissmith276, CianS, LewisGT, Jade, Rush, 777666jason, Ultraviolence, Sarah, Riser, PeteFromLeeds, gavindeejay

Incorrect: Bré (Pretty sure it’s a song I like but idk)

Next up is one of the biggest stars in the world, although her recent era didn't quite set the world alight oops. She did nonetheless grab a couple of hits, including this silver top 10 so woop. After the more lowkey lead single, this was a thumping banger that was far less subtle and used trap production and rap, so naturally was criticlaly better received than the perhaps divisive Look What You Made Me Do.

'...Ready For It?' is my favourite offering from the 'reputation' era by miiiiiles  it's a shame that the video didn't have more substance to it.

24 Camila Cabello - Crying In The Club

UK chart peak: #14 (Platinum)

Correct: Dan, Dircadirca, TS031, Yorkie3, Theo., Dalekturret, Bjork, Dexton, Zarate, Dobbo, chrissmith276, CianS, LewisGT, Jade, Rush, Ultraviolence, Riser, PeteFromLeeds, gavindeejay

Incorrect: Mack (Sia - Cheap Thrills)

HarryEzra (Ed Sheeran - Shape Of You)

Another 2017 hit next, this time from breakout star Camila Cabello who has had a fab past year or so after breaking out from Fifth Harmony and emerging as a solo star *.* This was written by Sia so naturally sounds quite like one of her songs, thus Mack isn't too far off and Harry goes for a different Sia soundalike :P Despite not being the most unique song ever, this felt perfect to launch Camila, showing her star quality and what her voice could do in a solid way, being on trend and nabbing her a solid hit as her debut!

I thought that Camila would fade away after 'Crying In The Club' didn't entirely set the charts alight but boy was I wrong :o that turned out to be a right grower of a song for me, but she very quickly surpassed it with 'Havana'
Well I was wrong about #23 being a song I like lmao xx (I did like the instrumental though tbf)

25 Hailee Steinfeld ft. Alesso, Watt & Florida Georgia Line - Let Me Go

UK chart peak: #30 (Silver)

Correct: Dan, Dircadirca, TS031, Yorkie3, Theo., Dalekturret, Bjork, Dexton, Zarate, chrissmith276, LewisGT, Jade, Rush, Ultraviolence, Riser, PeteFromLeeds, gavindeejay

Finishing off the main section is Hailee Steinfeld's recent sleeper hit, which felt like it took about 4 years to reach its UK peak  With help from Alesso on production, Florida Georgia Line on vocals (for once not ruining a song) and Watt doing... I think backing vocals who f***ing knows, this is a really breezy lovely laid back dance track that is quite on trend but there's something about Hailee that makes this so much better than similar songs, she is such a star

04 Beyonce - Halo

UK chart peak: #4 (2x Platinum)

Correct: Dan,vibe, Dircadirca, TS031, Mack, Yorkie3, Theo., Dalekturret, Bjork, HarryEzra, Dexton, Chez Wombat, Zarate, Dobbo, chrissmith276, CianS, LewisGT, Jade, Rush, 777666jason, Ultraviolence, Riser, PeteFromLeeds, gavindeejay, Bré

Of course queen B gets a fab turnout of guesses with one of her biggest and most recognisable hits! An angelic sounding song with soul and gospel influences, that thumping slow beat is so recognisable so it was always going to be one of the easiest to get of this bunch. It packs an emotional punch that a lot of Beyonce songs don't and rightfully sold a lot and peaked high - but did it sell more than any other song in this? :o

I'm sure I got this right too?

Oh I was way off in thinking that 'Let Me Go' would be the least guessed song then :') it was the very last song I got, I couldn't shake off the feeling that the instrumental sounded a bit like 'Waves' by Mr Probz melodically, but I knew it wasn't that. Then it clicked out of nowhere, I just thought many people would also struggle because the (awful x) drop is the more memorable part. Oops.

Hyped for the bonus question results!
