I see no reason why she can't score top 100 with a new single.

She needs to get it added to new music Friday when it's available at 8.30 and get at least some streams. At least she has Radio two and G Norton today though will we even hear any of it on G Norton as she ain't singing and there is no video ..... Let's see it's already been recorded so someone will know lol

The nicest thing I can say about this is that I hope it will grow on me!

It's serviceable I guess.

 

I do cringe at the line "New York City / Everybody looks so PRETTAY", though I guess it's better than "I like New York / Other places make me feel like a dork". But the chorus overall could've been stronger.

New York city enters itunes at 17 in UK. Should go top 10 on Itunes at this rate maybe higher.

 

8th on Spotify UK new music so should at least get one day of good streaming.

I think this is really fun!

It's taking me a bit of getting used to having been so used to the live version - wasn't sure on that vocal effect on the verse - but I'm coming round. It is a bit of a bop and ties the SAW and Parlophone sound together really well. Kylie will have a lot of fun performing this during her summer shows and I can see it going down really well.
