I can see "In My Mind" going on to be a very big hit - the biggest dance hit since "You Don't Know Me" perhaps. It's like a darker Galantis track (when Galantis were making great music).

Does Nicki have any playlist placings? I mean Bed shouldn't be the highest charting song, it's Barbie Dreams basically everywhere.

I don't think 'Queen' is being promoted much on Spotify, whereas it's the first thing to come up if you browse Apple Music.

It might take some time to get there but I think In My Mind could be one of our big autumn/winter dance hits. I think the lyrics are fairly anthemic and will stick in people's minds and it's a bit of an earworm on top of that! Totally unoriginal I know but I want it to do well - especially as we don't really have much like it charting highly currently.

I loved the original (well, Axwell remix) of 'In My Mind' so it's nice to see it finally coming to be a hit in some from - not actually heard this version yet but hopefully it does it justice :P

I think it all comes down to her having good promo on Apple Music's front-page and nothing on Spotify. I now wonder did she do something to annoy Spotify in the past like give Apple Music an exclusive or something? Or are her team just focusing on Apple Music promo?

I think it's just that she's not as popular as other urban acts like Travis Scott and J Cole, those didn't get special Spotify promo either and look how well they did

 

Nicki will probably do 20k or so max, should be #3-5 on album chart. Interesting to see the mids.
