August 24, 20186 yr Me votes should be there now. Just wasn't sure how to do them when I basically only really liked TWO songs, 15 and 18 pointer, in the final apart from me own oop. Like the rest I voted for were like the least objectionable. TERRIBLE final. The WORST I've ever been in.

August 25, 20186 yr It's a shame when so many don't bother, obviously most months there are likely going to be people who can't help it but it's a shame when that stacks to a handful or there's people who cba because they DNQd or whatever.
August 25, 20186 yr Nope, the final was atrocious. I considered not votin just because of how bad it is. 13 down for me is just eh I suppose I can give that points. I won't be returnin to anythin in this contest again except for maybe the top two. I can see why loads didn't bother.

Fun stats time ~ It's more common than not for the gap between the top 2 to be small enough that the winner could theoretically have changed if all the non-voters had voted - 69/106 (65%) of the previous contests. We've only had the fully 'right' result (i.e. with everyone voting) 11/106 times, most recently BJSC 82. Incidentally there have also been 11 contests where there was only one non-vote but that vote could still have flipped the winner - most recently the last contest where Jean-Michel Blais was 'only' 17 points ahead, so Klum's votes could have given it to Moby. But conversely there have been 2 contests which had as many as 5 non-voters but the winner was still far enough ahead that they couldn't be caught (Marina And The Diamonds and Clare Maguire). :magic: BJSC 50's result (also hosted by FLJ of course ~) is even more interesting considering this as it's the only time there was a full house of voters and the top 2 ended up with the same number of points. I want to check which contest had the most songs that 'could' have won had everyone voted but I don't have a spreadsheet conveniently set up to check such a thing. x [/funstats]
