In an exclusive interview with the Irish Sun Louis Walsh said he credits the songwriting team of Ed Sheeran and producer Steve Mac with coming up with four new tracks for Westlife which will put them back at the top of the charts.

 

Louis told us: “Ed Sheeran and Steve Mac are the best songwriting team on the planet right now.

 

“The two lads have written four tracks on the new Westlife album, one of them is an uptempo anthem, I can’t give the name of yet, which is going to be massive

Boyzlife did happen, but it was a only duo of Brian McFadden (the former member of Westlife who isn’t taking part in this reunion) and Keith from Boyzone. Very tragic :drama:

I think everyone is underestimating the mum power that will flock to Tesco to buy the CD - Boyzone came back with a #1 album and Top 10 single and I think WL could easily do the same. Louis will get them a ton of promo and the fact the comeback single is written by Ed will have MOR radio creaming themselves for it.

How many million sales and sold out tours as well!! You won;t see anything like it from a pop band now.

 

Anyways, the quality of this album will be perfect, they are getting the best writers in the world on it which is needed. Always remember listening to the first single from each album for the 1st time and getting goosebumps. Queen of my heart and My love were incredible.
