'Body Language'

Rhythm of Love for me - It has spawned great singles but as an album I don't go back to this one very much.

Body Language

Rhythm of Love is an album that is generally adored or held in high regard by many fans.

I find it interesting to see it has 2 votes at this early stage of the elimination rounds.

Voted her debut again. Can see Body Language leaving this round but I'd probably be voting for it in a couple of rounds time anyway.

I would be voting Body Language in the next round as i voted KM94 in this round, but, if BL goes this round i wouldn't be disappointed.

Body Language - although Slow is within my Top 5 Ultimate Kylie songs.

It's too early to Body Language and KM 94 to go.

It will be really hard for me to vote going forward as I love all the remaining albums! Probably KM94 next though and I hope IP lasts as long as possible :wub:

I'm a little disappointed to see her first 3 albums have 2 votes each already especially enjoy yourself as outside the singles it has some brilliant album tracks and one of the few albums where the album tracks are stronger than some of the singles.

Same - they will all be some of the last ones I’d vote for tbh.

I wouldnt have voted for those early albums either.

KM94 and Body Language are miles behind them in quality.

 

The first three singles, 'Nothing to Lose' and 'I'm Over Dreaming' on Enjoy Yourself are fab pop songs and the ballads, although not songs I'd return to individually, are all charming and add a bit of variety to the album. Rhythm of Love sees Kylie get more in her stride, embracing a dancier sound and unleashing her personality, as well as being home to the "Golden Quartet" of singles. The latter is definitely her best PWL album.

 

I can see why people may be targeting them now though. I think people appreciate the experimenting and artistic growth that was shown during the DeCon years and Body Language has the advantage of being from the Parlophone era which is THE Kylie for a lot of fans. It's getting harder as the rounds go on - most people can generally agree one what her 'least' good albums are and I think a lot will have shared top favourites, but everything in the middle is quite unpredictable.
