Thank God its climbed since yesterday and that's great news on the upcoming releases,I'm a big fan of live releases.
It would be good if we can manage to get an update on where Kylie is today?

Mid Week update:

45 (78) Step Back In Time

Sales: 1263

Yesterday: 292

Sales WoW +45%

CD: 758

Digital 141

Streaming 315

Vinyl 47

That's more like it

Looking at daily sales, Kylie was no36 yesterday .

Thanks to Stewie at Sayhey for this update.

Thank you for the update and it is welcoming to see the album climb on yet another update.

An improvement in position hasn't happened since its release (even on the midweek information) so this is positive.

For the last few weeks the album has suffered on average a 15 place drop on the Friday chart from its starting out midweek position.

If this happened this week, the album would be number 73 or based on today's positions it would chart around number 60 on Friday.

Sales are appearing to be tracking for 1500 for this week.

I’m hopeful it’ll end up at 1800, 300 per day inc the streaming estimates. It’s doable.

1800 is good but i had much higher expectations for this week following such a prime time performance on Strictly Come Dancing.

I think we could see the effect of Strictly continuing into next week, keeping it steady if not climb. We often saw this happen during the Golden era when performances were at the weekend: people wait until the following weekend to purchase the album in shops.

We have to remember its a Greatest Hits, nothing new

We know she doesnt stream that well so she will lose out.

Some people didnt think it would sell well on week one never mind week 7-8

Also the promo is better for when it is re-issued in November as people are aware and will buy it

Edging closer to the Top 40 today as it places at #42.

I don't think it'll make the Top 40 but it shouldn't see as big a dip from midweek position in tomorrow's chart like has happened in previous weeks.

This is good news as it has made progress all week.

Top 40 may not happen but if the increasing trend continues it may make its way there by the skin of its teeth.

Great that it’s been making steady gains all week - guess those CDs in the supermarkets have helped as the week has progressed.

Supermarket sales truly help as they are great access points to cds.

I remain hopefully of further promotion to help the album sell.
