Throws me back to the 'Shake It Off' visuals. *.*

I prefer it as a cover tbh. However, had the colour pallette of the original cover been used on that cover, I woulda loved that so much more. It feels weird having that colour scheme with just a head shot

Tracklist:

1. GTFO

2. With You

3. Caution

4. A No No

5. The Distance (feat. Ty Dolla $ign)

6. Good Lies

7. Portrait

8. Open Me (Like a Bottle)

9. For a Moment

10. Truthfully

Seems odd that she's only doing a 10 track album after the last two were both 17+ tracks long but hopefully this means the quality will be stronger. I'm still loving "GTFO" (perfect opener!) and "The Distance" is good too.

'A No No' is sampling 'Crush on You' by Lil' Kim, including the Notorious B.I.G. vocals.

This is shaping up to be a brilliant album. I am however surprised With You was the lead single as the instant grats have been better imo! Loving The Distance and A No No

Were the previous albums available on vinyl? That might be why, plus I agree that 10 tracks usually makes the album feel tighter and stronger.

Can we please just take a moment to appreciate that Glitter is #1 on US iTunes right now (#3 in UK) on the eve of Caution's release.

This album is some serious hot shit and is gonna be getting a lot of spins from me. A super-solid entry into her vast repertoire.

Giving Me Life, One Mo' Gen and 8th Grade is such a killer one-two-three punch. All 10s. What's surprising about the album to me is how she's using her lower register so much (such rich, silky vocals throughout) and how it's darker and more downbeat in sound. It's very fresh for her, it all sounds very focused. She really delivered, I'm thrilled.

With You is also low-key one of my major Mimi faves of this decade now.

But why?

But why?
I think it got taken down a while ago and wasn't on there until Mariah tweeted something like #JusticeForGlitter or something.
I really like this album and is her strongest since E=MC2 in my opinion.

Mariah's best album in a VERY long time, probably since "Emancipation of Mimi". You can tell she's really worked hard on this album unlike her recent previous efforts.
