December 10, 20186 yr Author Just 10 of the 32 matches in the third round to kick off at Saturday 3pm.
December 12, 20186 yr Author It will be Newport County who will play Leicester City on a televised BBC tie.
January 5, 20196 yr Author AFC Wimbledon are into the FA Cup fourth round for the first time since their reformation in 2002.
January 5, 20196 yr The magic has gone in my view, only 10 games played at 3pm today. I wouldn't cite that as a reason myself! I like the varying start times, means you can catch more on telly (for those that way inclined). Still had a few shocks today such as Gillingham beating Cardiff (mind I'm always sceptical that clubs fighting relegation lose on purpose to avoid a cup run distraction).
January 5, 20196 yr We were not spectacular but we did the job. Bit disjointed but to be expected when you make 9 changes. Some how Darmian was one of our better players!!!
January 6, 20196 yr Author Newport County have beaten Leicester City to progress to the 4th round, some gritty performance from Newport.
January 6, 20196 yr Author Have replays been done away with this season? Hope not cos we ain't beating reading at OT... we do much better away! Replays until the fifth round.
January 6, 20196 yr Was he playing in centre defence? He was indeed! Far better there than he is on the wing. although that's really not saying much
January 6, 20196 yr I've not seen the match but what a result for Newport Town! they are developing a good cup pedigree after what they did last season as well. I'm hoping that Man United get a home draw against any of the lower league teams in the 4th round. Accrington Stanley would be nice!
