Kylie rings in the season at #4

Kylie Minogue lands at #4 on the main chart, #1 on the Australian Albums Chart and #2 on the Vinyl Chart with Kylie Christmas (Fully Wrapped), an expanded version of her 2015 album Kylie Christmas featuring three new tracks. The original version peaked at #7. 

It is her 21st top 10 album, including nine that reached #1: Light Years in 2000, Fever in 2001, X in 2007, Kiss Me Once in 2014, Golden in 2018, Step Back In Time: The Definitive Collection in 2019, Disco in 2020, Tensionin 2023 and Tension II in 2024. 

The winner of 17 ARIA Awards and an ARIA Hall of Fame inductee in 2011, Kylie is the highest-selling female Australian artist of all time. 

I'm thinking there maybe a bad result in Ireland today, I ordered mine through golden discs and didn't receive it and got an update to say they will have no stock this side of Christmas for the cd and are only shipping the vinyl seems they didn't get any cd version due to a stock issue.

That’s disappointing! I feel as if they’ve routed all stock to the UK if Ireland can’t even get hold of the CD!

No the original peaked at #11.

Very disappointing result for Ireland unless it manages to climb over Christmas.

Congratulations Kylie, 6th album since Golden to make it to the top and this must have been the closest race yet.

I'm genuinely shocked but it goes to show how many probably downloaded the deluxe as it was close! The queen of last minute sales

Someone on Sayhey saying it was 23k to 20k. A largeish gap in the end, if that is true.

Deluxe download plus they must have had many physical sales held back for despatch. Perhaps those that bundled with the single through her store for example in addition to the purple vinyl and banquet records purchases.

They must have belated added some orders at the end of the week if it's as high as 23k.

Delighted with this as I half resigned myself to her ending up at number 2 today, the UK once again coming through for Kylie.

Looking forward to seeing the official sales and what the final sales gap was.
