I wonder if Cheryl can stay top 30 or if the missing data will push her out, I hope now.

There is no chance of her missing the top 30. She's likely to stay top 20 I think

Not unusual? I didn't think anyone aside from Christina and The Vamps had done it?

Just goes to show how much attention I pay to the album charts really! But practically every week I hear "wow what a massive drop" (or words to that effect) with regards to a high charting album so I just guessed rather than actually looked into it at all...

It's pretty common now for albums to fall from the top 5 to out of the top 20 (or worse) but it's still only happened twice from #1.

Kylie holding a much better position again today than expected and likewise with the Spice Girls.

Olly Murs has closed the gap now to 9800.

I'm really surprised that the SG GH has held up so well so far, was expecting it to plummet. Wonder how much higher it would be had it been stocked in supermarkets etc?

Streaming is a big part of why albums fall through the mids and the Spice Girls surprisingly have that on their side, so I can see why they're holding up well.

It's not that surprising - obviously, with the announcement, people will stream their hits. I think 62% or so of the recent sales for their GH was down to streaming.

Of course, if they release new music they'll massively struggle.

at least, albums are not dropping from #1 like they do in the US, If I remember well, Bon Jovi did a 1-168 fall :o :o :o I think that's there record there
