Take That down to selling 3.7k a day by the 6th day of release, still all to play for imo!

Just got round to checking this weeks sales and I know there's a lot of promo but TGS looking in a very good position now!
Yep I'd think barring any big surprise release The Greatest Showman is odds on fave now.

The no1 album may only end up selling around 75-80k on Xmas week too unless one of these promo slots makes people jump at one particular album which would be terrible for the industry!

Yes, ahead of Buble and Take That this week so looking like the favourite unless TV specials give a boost to one of those two. In fact may be No.1 next week unless The Carpenters sell really well.

Would make sense that the biggest album of the year becomes Xmas no1 and signifies the lack of huge Q4 albums this year and the lowering sales environment!

The 10 people who chose TGS will be sitting pretty now!

I think it could do around 80k on Xmas week!

Remember this Friday will be a year since it was released!

I think I chose Michael Buble but I did say from the start I wouldn't be surprised to see TGS take Christmas #1. It's a going to be a great stocking filler for people of all ages.

There's a few albums getting vinyl releases this Friday, including A Star is Born, Odyssey and True Love Ways which could help out.

I'm now thinking that George Ezra may pip Greatest Showman to Xmas No.1 album and no-one voted for it! He's top now on Amazon's sales chart after last night's Royal Variety.

Voted for The Greatest Showman!

A Star Is Born vinyl has been available since October! Unless it's a different version?

really is looking like TGS will do it, I thought the Take That album would be more of a seller over the Xmas period so voted for that weeks ago but with their album at #6 in the mids that looks unlikely.

(ridiculous that the ASIB soundtrack CD is selling at a higher price than the actual film DVD!!)
