Interesting to see how their voices go together. I’d have thought Dinah would’ve sounded more plausible or even Lauren out of the 5H girls.

I think it's probably more to do with how Normani has ended up with a label who are willing to splash the cash on trying to push her, I mean she's already hooked up with Calvin Harris.

They're expecting HUGE things...

Straight to A-List on Radio 1! :o

They both sound really good and the lyrics are good but the production for me feels a bit flat. Was expecting something to go “off” a bit more..
The solo parts were great but the repeat of the chorus falls a bit flat, was expecting a bit more of a build-up. Other than that, I am a fan.

I love it! But then again, I love everything Sam does..

Hoping it can be huge, not sure it will be but it’d be nice for Normani solo to get off to an amazing start

I like it. But come on Normani, GO OFF. :(

Give us the potential we know you're capable of. Gahhhhh.

But it's good enough I guess. Could be a bit of an earworm.

Sounds like lift music tbh.

Yes!

I like it but sounds like a chilled vibe that you would have on in the background! I wouldn't mind this smashing tho, it's a cute bop.

I think it’s really catchy?

Its Dull... but then it is a Sam Smith song.

Saying that Promises was alright; but probably more for Calvin than Sam

well at least it's not a ballad, guess he got sick himself of his own music style
This is actually rather good. :o This is the sort of thing Sam should be doing more of instead of dreary ballads.
This reminds me a bit of Dance To This by Ari/Troye, not musically as such but in the way that you keep waiting for it to bang and go somewhere and it just... doesn't. It's fine, but definitely really flat for what Normani could be capable of :/
I actually really like this and how understated it is, yet still a proper earworm. I'm a fan of this kind of production anyway that gives me Hold On, We're Going Home and Breathin' teas, I don't know how to describe it. And I think Sam actually sounds GREAT on it and that's coming from someone who usually finds his voice very grating.
I'm really enjoying this! Agree with Rob, "understated, yet an earworm" is the perfect way to describe it. Such a leap forward from the typical ballads found on his second album.
