Am I going mad or does anyone else hear any similarities between "Walk Me Home" and Avril's "Head Above Water" :blink:

Yeah, the melody is kinda similar. But there's another song that 'Walk Me Home' sounds exactly like and I just can't think what it is, it's really been annoying me!

Head Above Water sounds like Lets Hurt Tonight by One Republic. I don’t hear that in Walk Me Home but I can easily hear Pink singing a few tracks from Avrils latest album, Dumb Blonde kinda reminds me of Stupid Girls.

That Tom Walker songs is setting up to be huge on downloads and streaming by the looks of things!

It’s a shame Avril won’t trouble singles 40 again! Had Pink released that track it would’ve easily been a big hit for her.

 

I always sort of seen Avril as being similar to Pink but Pinks obviously a far better live performer in terms of getting the full experience. They don’t sound too dissimilar though.

 

Anyways I’m glad to see Pink at least get another iTunes number one. Crazy she’s likely to get a sales number one three years in a row now!

Also With You from Ghost was used on The Voice tonight during the battle rounds which is why it’s at #17.

I would say Dumb Blonde is much closer to Hollaback Girl than it is Stupid Girls.
