March 22, 20196 yr She did look very much like Oprah indeed but all she did was shake that fat and that's pretty much it. I don't get it either, however I see why she won. Yvie totally deserved to snatch the win again. Never broke character once and was just incredible throughout! Ugh I love her so much.

March 22, 20196 yr “all-aged best friend” “Is Soju back?” i was screaming during the beginning. I’ve seen Yanis work with some of my favorite dancers ( ), so seeing him work on choreography for the Rusical was a nice surprise! Grease is one of my favorite musicals of all time and I was really enjoying the parody! Also the CBB reference was ace, loved that Ross got a cameo role on the track! I’ve felt no progression from Mercedes throughout this entire season, and it looked like she gave up midway through the lip sync, so I wasn’t surprised to see her go home. Shuga’s Trump impersonation should have at LEAST gotten her to the top alone.

She was so unrecognisable, I thought it was her based on the body type alone! I dont get how Silky won. March 22, 20196 yr Joel McHale could do anything he wanted to me and idc x Ra'Jah is probably worse than Silky for me, at least Silky has some sort of personality to back it up. Ra'Jah is just really obnoxious with pretty much nothing to back it up, which is a terrible combo. Silky definitely shouldn't have won though, I'm not sure I'd have even had her in the top (I'd have given her spot to Nina or Shuga). By nature that whole scene was about her so like... of course they were looking at her? I just think that Yvie and Brooke gave better performances, and had to fight more to stand out in a "busier" part of the Rusical. Yvie and Brooke yet again absolutely owned the runway :wub: Mercedes felt defeated the entire season not just this episode :lol: I'm surprised she even managed to last this long tbh but there we go. March 23, 20196 yr Mercedes felt defeated the entire season not just this episode :lol: I'm surprised she even managed to last this long tbh but there we go. She was lovely but pretty much couldn't actually do anything, bar an ok lipsync to Work Bitch and a meme. It was lovely to see her open up a bit more about Islam especially as it was a Trump Rusical though.I mean there was no doubt that she was probably feeling defeated throughout the season given how many times her confessionals show her getting in her head, but it felt more pronounced during judges' critiques. It sucks bc she has a lovely, relatable personality and she has the passion for this competition, but she wasn't bringing it to the runway unfortunately.
March 23, 20196 yr I thought Silky was the right winner (although there could have been a few - Yvie, Brooke, Nina) but tbh the whole challenge for me was boring so any of the ones that did 'well' could have been winners imo. Sure no one wants her to win anything cause she's annoying but I try to look past that. About time Mercedes went home but how Ariel avoided the bottom 3 is beyond me, she was the main character and yet brought next to nothing and her runway was boring too. Also Rajah absolutely killed the lip sync!
March 23, 20196 yr Yvie (my favourite queen this season by far) and Brooke seemed like the obvious winners – genuinely surprised by that one. Tiffany is one of the best guest judges for some time. How often can we bring her back? I liked the choreographer as well. He and Alyssa are far more watchable than Todrick Hall. This season is the best in years. I'm really shocked. March 23, 20196 yr I absolutely LOVE this season so far. The tasks have been hilarious, the queens are varied and the runways have been so unpredictable. Yvie is my favourite atm and i'm also loving Nina (and Vanjie). I CAN'T STOP SAYING OPPALANCE it's an illness.
March 23, 20196 yr Same top 3 for me for sure, the only ones I don't really like are Silky and Ra'Jah but they definitely stand out (alongside Brooke but more for her runways). Nina is just such a sweetheart and her story this week broke my heart </3
March 23, 20196 yr i'm so glad that mercedes has gone - yes, she was sweet but she was nowhere near the calibre of the top-end of this years queens. she lost herself in her narrative + her personality equated to her being muslim. we get it, you had a point to prove, but if there was more to her.. we didn't see it. also, why was nina not even in the top 3?! silky winning? no, bitch. vanjie's runway was divine + should have saved her from the bottom, how ariel escaped that one, i don't know. i'm loving this season + have a few favourites but ra'jah to go next, she is not the one.
