- all org & corporate formation docs for all entities created for the benefit of Britney

 

- all org & docs for all entities in which Jamie held a position that received or held estate $$

 

- all docs relating to any $$ Jamie, or any entity affiliated with him, received since 2008

 

And:

 

- all correspondence relating to the monthly allowance Jamie gives Britney

 

- all correspondence with *security guards* and anyone who worked at Britney’s house

 

- all correspondence with Jodi Montgomery

 

- all documents relating to Britney’s Hawaii trip in Summer 2021

 

- all correspondence w/ Britney’s doctors, past or present

 

- all correspondence relating to her medications, past or present

 

- all correspondence relating to any stays at medical facilities or rehabs

 

- all correspondence on whether Britney wanted to work a 2nd Vegas residency

 

Conservators are supposed to advocate for the conservatee & help them regain independence:

 

- All docs showing Jamie’s advocacy of Britney's goals and Jamie’s efforts, if any, to move her out of the conservatorship

 

- All communication btwn Jamie & Britney since the cship started

 

Around Jamie’s resignation:

 

- all discussion or negotiation around Jamie resigning as conservator

 

- all docs relating to any $$$ to third parties that Jamie sought for resigning

 

- all docs showing Jamie's training/education on how to be a fiduciary or manage financial affairs

 

Rosengart wants to ask Jamie, under oath:

 

- State how much $ you, including any entity beneficially owned by you, have received from Britney’s estate from the beginning until now

 

- Identify all individuals at Tri Star w/ whom you’ve had a personal or professional relationship

 

- Identify all companies or entities through which Britney’s estate has in any way ever operated

 

- ID all entities owned or beneficially owned by Britney

 

- ID all entities beneficially owned by you thru which you’ve ever conducted business or received any $$$ as Conservator.

 

- ID all payments made from Britney’s estate to others but for your benefit

 

- ID all payments made from Britney’s estate to Tri Star or anyone who has ever worked there

 

- ID all payments from Britney’s estate for legal representation of Lou Taylor or Robin Greenhill

 

Lastly, Britney’s lawyer filed additional requests on Oct. 1st relating to Jamie’s use of Black Box Security to spy on Britney’s cell phone and secretly bug her bedroom

The moment I SMILE 😁 and I realize I haven’t in a very long time !!!! My mom gets so CONCERNED and says “You’re acting weird … what’s wrong with you ???” I say “Hi, my name is Britney Spears … nice to finally meet you !!!” Before I go any further, forgive me in advance …. It’s been 13 years and I’m a little rusty 💁🏼‍♀️ !!!! It was a family business before … it’s no longer that anymore !!!! Yes … I 100 billion percent I do 💯👍🏼🤷🏼‍♀️ !!!! Pssss my dad may have started the conservatorship 13 years ago … but what people don’t know is is that my mom is the one who gave him the idea !!!! I will never get those years back …. she secretly ruined my life … and yes I will call her and Lou Taylor out on it … so take your whole “I have NO IDEA what’s going on” attitude and go f*** yourself 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼 !!!! You know exactly what you did … my dad is not smart enough to ever think of a conservatorship … but tonight I will smile knowing I have a new life ahead of me !!!!

 

Wow... wow. I'm very sad to see that Lynne was responsible for this. For some reason I had it in mind that, relatively speaking, she was one of the better members of the family and that this was largely out of her control... but nope. Ugh. Glad Britney is getting to speak out, and as much as I feel awfully sorry for her that her family is trash, I'm glad that judging by that caption she is feeling happy and ready for the future. :heart:

It breaks my heart seeing how much she has been hurt by those closest to her.

 

I am LIVING for her calling out Lou though, it was a long time coming! I knew Lynne wasn't perfect but wow Lynne i'm so disappointed.

 

Looks like Brit is completely done with everyone in her awful family.

A fight is brewing -- and maybe even a war -- between Britney Spears and her former business manager, who now says she had nothing to do with allegations of bugging Brit's bedroom or controlling her medical treatment.

 

Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group -- run by Lou Taylor -- has just filed legal docs asking the judge in the conservatorship case to put the brakes on Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, who wants a full accounting over the last 13 years of Taylor's involvement. Rosengart has already said he believes money has been mishandled.

 

Taylor and co. say Rosengart should not be allowed to go back that far. They say Tri Star submitted regular accountings without any objection from Spears over the 11 years Taylor was involved in the conservatorship. Rosengart has said the whole deck was stacked against Britney and even her own lawyer at the time didn't protect her or her money.

 

Beyond that, Taylor's partner, Robin Greenhill, submitted a declaration saying "No one at Tri Star is aware of any hidden electronic surveillance device placed in Ms. Spears' bedroom." She goes on to say, "No one at Tri Star has ever had any control over Ms. Spears' medical treatment."

 

What Greenhill did not address ... reports that she controlled Britney's ability to live the way she wants ... allegedly telling Spears on occasion she couldn't go on vacation or buy certain things because she reached her spending limit.

 

Britney has broken from Tri Star and is angry over the way Lou Taylor and co. handled her affairs.

So glad Britney has support in her camp now and they are pushing this hard. It has been heartbreaking watching this for years. She deserves peace. I think that once she’s finally free, she’s going to really struggle so I hope she has the right support and the right people for when that happens.
