I honestly don’t get how anyone can allow this to continue?

 

She’s got no basic human rights, her entire family despise her father who has relationships with nobody! I mean he should pull out if he cares about his daughter?

What I don't get is... on a brand level... she's finished.

 

She cannot continue working under a conservership as let's be honest, if the conservership continued and she released a new album / tour and did promo for it... the moment she were to sit down and be interviewed and not be asked about the conservership... it'd be strange and then there's the "oh, so she can go and promote an album worldwide but can't have any human rights"?

It's not to say she doesn't have a mental illness (example: Anxiety, depression etc...) but "developmental disability" is basically what's needed to justify a probate conservatorship, I believe.

 

Wheels are in motion. She ISN'T free, but the right steps rn.

She very clearly suffers from anxiety it's glaringly obvious... however so do millions of people, she should be supported not controlled. I find the whole thing very very iffy.

What I don't get is... as a brand Britney is f***ed unless she's freed from this conservership? Imagine if she did a tv interview and didn't mention Free Britney or the Conservership...

Some updates on the case from the last couple of days (as reported by TMZ and BH):

 

- Britney's lawyer Sam Ingham is requesting that her father, Jamie, be suspended as co-conservator. Instead, he's asking the judge to approve that an independent trust firm, Bessemer Trust, take over as the sole conservator over Britney's estate instead

 

- Britney's former business manager, Lou Taylor, has officially resigned. Britney's father Jamie tried to immediately appoint a new business manager without consulting Britney. It appears to be an attempt to keep control over Britney's assets.
