Inverse was like cats piss :lol: I have 4 sealed ones in my collection though that I bought from Boots for like £5 or something when it got discontinued - they seem to sell for £50+ a bottle now :blink:

 

I’ve bought the new version of ‘Disco’ for my collection and ordered ‘Disco Darling’ too - the reviews for it on Fragrantica though are not great!

Please Stay is a song i forget about sometimes even though i really like it, i generally only listen to it when i listen to the light years album in full but its not a song i have on playlists etc.

Please Stay is terrible

I enjoy it, but it's a bit of a non-entity single in her discography that I always forget exists.

Ya it's never a single that really stands out but it done what it needed to at the time and went top 10 although I was disappointed it was picked as a single ahead of so many other better songs on the album.

Please Stay brought us Santa Baby….a solid pop single but Light Years contained obvious bangers such as the title track, Your Disco and Butterfly, I’m amazed it was ever given a release.

Those are great songs but at the time i really wanted Disco Down as the 4th single as i always felt it would have been a good Christmas release. At the time Santa Baby was a mute moment for me but as the years have proved it was a great decision to record it and release it as its become so successful, im still not a huge fan though.

Imagine where she’d be on the worldwide artist list during her first phase and second ‘wave’ 2001-4!

 

Probably peaking top ten.

Easily as she was so huge in both those phases.

Kylie is on radio 2 Jo Whiley at 7.30pm this evening with repeat of reciting a reading from Little Matchstick girl from 2007.

Sky arts are good for showing Kylie concerts, its good to see her concerts on tv, i know sky arts has low ratings but it might help one or 2 people see the concerrts.
