June 18, 20196 yr WTF you serious "An AWFUL Album" and comparing to Golden which Madonna did in a way way back in 2000! Omg another part time fan i see TROLL!!!! There so much variety and styles the production is amazing, invest in ear cleaning and a new music player because the sound is amazing this time around ........ A.L was ok in my mind i not listened to it since but like all her albums there is usually some good and some not so good ( album fillers as they call them) To say Madame x is awful is untrue its arty, creative its whats inspired her not the charts She dont need hits singles but GOD CONTROL is awesome it was so unexpected upon fist listen to turn out to be a disco stomper and the subject matter only Madonna could do that!

June 18, 20196 yr I knew Kylie fans would revel in Madonna being #2 but it makes no sense. Kylies album was about as commercial and pop like as you can get. Vague hints of country but it was PURE POP. Madonna’s is the opposite of that it’s not commercial at all aside from a few songs like Come Alive and I Don’t Search I Find. Madonna and Kylie aren’t much alike at all my opinion. Kylies like an Australian Britney to me she’s not similar to Madonna in any way.

That is mainly thanks to Maluma though. Her first solo single from the album barely has 3m streams. Faz Gostoso will also do well thanks to Annita.
June 18, 20196 yr I don't enjoy the Kylie and Madonna comparisons at all. They have never been in competition with each other and they both respect each other and additionally they both have some of the same fans. I am a fan of both but prefer Kylie's overall output but Madonna has released some highly enjoyable albums too although her new album does nothing for me.
June 18, 20196 yr Not to mention that Kylie’s album is 100 times better than Madonna’s awful new album... i’m a big Madonna fan but this album is by far the worst she has ever released in terms of music quality, even worse than American Life, Hard Candy and MDNA... ‘ Seriously? I think Madame X is brilliant. Easily her best album in years.

That said, i have often thought a Kylie and Madonna duet could be magical if they worked with the right people for it and created a complete banging pop tune.

At least Kylie is not alienating her actual fanbase in order to get younger ones, she releases music for her fans which she knows mostly consists of gay men and middle aged women, on the other hand, Madonna is so desperatly trying to be relevant to the younger demographic that she keeps guest featuring any relevant rapper starting with Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Drake, Swae Lee, Quavo, Maluma , Kanye etc....that she forgot who she wants to please, she keeps repeating and rehashing the same ideas and themes over and over such as politics, christianity,sex... Kylie is all about fun and good music, she’s the Goddess of Pop and a worldwide icon, even if she hasn’t had a huge career in the US but she’s famous everywhere else...Madonna is the Queen of Pop but in my opinion she should’ve retired right after her 2009 Greatest Hits album... She is setting trends by not allowing her age to define what music she releases. Chasing a younger audience is BS , she isn’t stupid. Why should she release an album full of middle of the road jams?

June 18, 20196 yr Madonna’s new album is quite experimental and I wasn’t keen on the singles but there is better stuff on the album. However, golden is a far better album for me overall and easier to listen to in comparison. I prefer Kylies voice on golden as Madonna’s sounds very auto tuned.
