After Round 1 we say goodbye to 'X You' and 'Pure Grinding'.

'X You' was released as a standalone single which was the final production for the project "Avicii X You", where Avicii invited fans to contribute to the single by sending in samples. The people lucky enough to have theirs featured in the song were Kian Sang (melody), Naxsy (bassline), Martin Kupilas (beat and rhythm), Ваня Хакси (break), Jonathan Madray, Mateusz Kolata, TheW and Christian Westphalen (effects). The original version which features in the music video is an instrumental, but a vocal version was also released with vocals from Wailin.

'Pure Grinding' (which features vocals from Kristoffer Fogelmark (Bonn) and Earl St. Clair) was released as a double A-side with 'For A Better Day' and featured on the album 'Stories'. It was a departure from Avicii's usual style, with it being a fusion of funktronica and trap, and made no chart impact at all in the UK, so with that in mind it's easy to see why this finished last.

Just avoiding elimination this time around were 'Superlove', 'Dancing In My Head' and 'The Days'.

25. X You [8 votes, 9.09%]

26. Pure Grinding [10 votes; 11.36%]

You have until 11pm 26th June to vote.

Went for 'Waiting For Love' and 'SOS' again (not accidentally voting for the wrong song this time )

edit: 32,000th post! :cheer:

It's gotta be Collide, Superlove and Dancing In My Head again for my votes. All three not quite on the level of brilliance as his other singles.

Pure Grinding came last, that couldn’t have gone any better! Now we’ve got a very good list.

I’ve gone for Dancing In My Head and Broken Arrows this time, I don’t really come back to either of them much.

“The Days” needs to go early... So glad this one didn’t really take off in the UK.
