Kiss is on its arse since switching off the FM transmission in favour of Greatest Hits Radio. They're scrambling trying to find ways to up listeners and I don't understand how diversifying a playlist to be more pop which strays from what made them unique in the first place is the answer. In a world where Galaxy was binned and Capital XTRA dropped dance music Kiss was unique in showcasing both Dance and R&B/Hip-Hop only; I have no idea what Bauer are trying to achieve now and don't even get me started on how repetitive the station is as most tracks on that list get repeated every 2-2.5 hours.

Kiss Dance is very good in comparison and I hope they start putting more effort into it with presenters in the daytime to truly rival Capital Dance and Radio 1 Dance.

It's interesting looking back on here at older posts of the KISS playlist. They were playing more new stuff. Now, it's like a cross between Hits Radio and KISSTORY.

I've also noticed that from 2020-2023, there was more dance music playlisted.

Why mess with a formula that works?

It’s a shame KISS don’t publish a proper playlist it makes it harder to know what they’re playing!
