I'm still absolutely LOVING this, but I'm really upset it's struggled to get anywhere.

 

Where tf has her Streaming support gone!? Where's her airplay gone? SBP still gets hammered and SAI was a big enough hit for them to continue supporting it/her... so bizarre! A shame, really </3

Her promotion on Capital etc., hasn’t amount to much movement on iTunes etc., - Her JR performance should get ‘Torn’ moving up but I really can’t see it taking off.

I am hopeful the performance will help to get it really moving in the charts.

 

 

This has kind of been and gone for me. Have heard it on R2 a lot but not R1, never quite got me in the feels and has left my personal chart already.

When is her album coming? I love all the singles.

It really sounds as though they've dampened the 'Gimme, Gimme, Gimme' sample, I remember it being more prominent.

I thought that was a brilliant performance from her! She's always been vocally patchy when I've seen her before but she totally nailed that!

 

I really love the song now, I hope it can grab a higher peak. Such a shame Radio 1 and Spotify didn't give it any support.

With Torn's colossal floppage, I doubt there will be an album.

 

This is just totally flat for me, so I'm not surprised it was dead on arrival.

I don't even think it was dead on arrival really, it barely even got a chance because Spotify playlists and Radio 1 haven't given it support. I think it could've been a cute top 30 hit as a minimum if things lined up, which wouldn't be an atrocious result (if not desirable either).

I feel like this could have made a better second single for her, I know SIA did alright but I feel like anything could have performed similar riding off the coattails of 'Sweet But Psycho'. SIA was just a reductive copy really, whereas this isn't and it's is a much stronger song.
