Apparently this was featured in the first episode of I May Destroy You.

This is still on repeat all the time for now, most definitely one of the best songs of last year. I just hope we don't have to wait another six years for something new, but you never know with them.

Haha, I think so :lol: I also got VERY excited the first five seconds, thinking it was the Sugababes version. Still adore the original version as well, so always happy to hear that somewhere.

 

Was at my friends at the weekend and the SFA version was being played by their neighbours and they’re like “how do you know all these lyrics from 90’s songs” me: “the Sugababes released a cover of this last year...... of course I know the lyrics”

 

 

 

 

I think that everything from the Polydor era has now leaked including some actual bangers. “Your Love” is like the Sugababes covering a Scissor Sisters Song and it might be my new favourite thing ever.

IIRC the demo disc had 50-something songs on it and remove those Google+ sessions and it amounts to roughly to that now. There might an odd track that's missing, but yeah, pretty much everything's leaked now.

Everything that has leaked apart from maybe the first two tracks that leaked have come out of the infamous Facebook group, or THAT Facebook group - as it is known on popjustice. Some folk there have been dogged in their efforts to get the material out of people who have had different bits of the puzzle over the years.

 

Our bingo card isn’t complete yet but it’s looking almost full. The original list of songs from the popjustice post about the polydor era that described them all briefly have all been leaked now I think.

 

Shame so many of these will never see the light of day in a properly mixed, produced and fully mastered format

What's up with (ex)Sugababes and Instagram lately? First Mutya, who I had to unfollow after her conspiracy theory videos really spiralled out of control, and now Amelle..

 

Nice little interview, still find it sad how they have all drifted. They should feel like they can still celebrate their accomplishments like other bands can.
