Posted July 24, 20195 yr During the announcement (and the release) of "The Archer" on Instagram live, it was revealed that Taylor was shooting the music video of the next single from Lover. @1153797000686522372 She also introduced "The Archer," a new track from the album produced by Jack Antonoff, now available on all platforms. The track immediately shot to #1 on iTunes. Swift clarified that this song isn't "the next single," and that she's currently shooting a video for the follow-up single to "You Need to Calm Down."
July 30, 20195 yr I'm really pleased that they're not seemingly releasing all the promo tracks they're intending to use as future singles this time.
August 2, 20195 yr The Archer is the best song she's released so far this era. ME! is atrocious, and You Need To Clam Down was okay. Nothing beats Delicate yet though.
August 15, 20195 yr Video coming 23rd August 1am our time! I hope that doesn't mean its a single, I want Cruel Summer :(
August 15, 20195 yr Same ikr :( Ready for the single situation to turn into a Rep-like mess now, here we go again *.*
August 16, 20195 yr I ADORE this, it's already hitting me so much more on multiple listens ❤️❤️ It reminds me of a Speak Now (lyrically) + Red (sonically) mix and I'm here for it *.*
August 16, 20195 yr This is #5 on iTunes already *.* Only #8 on NMF tho and no hot hits again ahhh :( track 2 on today's top hits tho! Hopefully it'll debut top 50 on spotify and top 40 officially. CIWYW debuted at 29 right?
August 16, 20195 yr I love this  I was always more a fan of this kind of thing than the 1989 stuff so I’m so happy she’s finally going back to that  Definitely would fit in on Speak Now
August 16, 20195 yr Not sure on this either :( I'm gonna be really disappointed by this album if it carries on.
August 16, 20195 yr This is her best song from this era so far for me. Reminds me of What A Wonderful world. I could see this being big if it was an official single too. A longer runner on the charts than ME and You need to calm down but with a higher peak
August 16, 20195 yr This is Tune Of The Weekend on radio 1 this weekend so I’m wondering if it actually might be an official single.
August 16, 20195 yr This is very underwhelming on first listen - I like it in an album track way but I really hope this isn't going to be indicative of the album
