I thought Miley would have been a bit higher? Hopefully she remains top 40.

I was really hoping that Sam Feldt thing wasn't going to become an actual hit. He'll now be 2 for 2 on his top 40 hits being among the worst dance hits of their respective years (although for very different reasons). Also gross at Joel Corry being top 10 now. We need some actual good dance hits soon pls (Solardo needs to climb faster xx).

Frank Turner looking like he could be on for a fourth consecutive top 3 album without ever hitting #1! Quite amazed but pleased that Slipknot are still in the top 5 at the moment, was fully expecting them to dive right out of the top 10 :o

Eek at Friendly Fires being as low as #10 although actually I forgot that their last album only got to #6 (thought they had a #2 album, I might have been confusing them with Fleet Foxes).

Boo @ Friendly Fires potentially missing the T10 with this album, it's great to have them back!

Higher Love has finally been placed as track #1 on HH, so there's hope there's an effect and increases streams on Spotify

hoping Normani can stay top 40, best song of the week, but if not, Im sure she'll climb in the next few weeks, video is just great too

Ooft ridiculously close top 3/5 in the singles. I REALLY hope #1 on HH can help Higher Love get to #1!

Beautiful People is still top 3? WTH? (Haven't checked the charts fully for a few weeks oops) That genuinely feels like a non-hit to me :/

Fans of coincidences might like to know that the singles mids include a song called 'XTC' and the album mids include TC&I, who were half of the band XTC.

Omg this is the chart observation of the year already!

Boo at Freya being shuffled back 2 spots already. I really think Castles deserves a Top 15 peak

It'll be back at #1 by default next week unless one of the songs behind it manages to catch up lol ~ (tbh they probably will at this rate, I'm hoping it'll be Dominic rather than Kygo that capitalises to grab the #1 but with Kygo now closing the streaming gap that looks less likely, 'Higher Love' will be my least favourite #1 in quite a while if it gets there oops). It definitely has been a hit though regardless!

Higher Love is IF it can get to Number 1 will be the best Number 1 in a good while for me.

yes if Higher Love gets to #1, it will be the best #1 in a while

we've had some terrible ones, especially I Don't Care and the non-event of Beautiful People

really hope Beautiful People doesn't return next week to #1 by default when Senorita goes into ACR, think either Higher Love or 3 Nigthts can get to #1... or Aitch if he starts campaigning
