Posted August 24, 20195 yr We're all fans of varying degrees here, but the question is, for how many of you is Gaga your #1 artist? Your ULTIMATE favourite? If not - where does she rank for you?
August 24, 20195 yr Author Madonna is the only artist that provides competition to her for me. I flit between the two as which is my favourite but here I am voting YES for Gaga because of how she has changed my life and how invested I am in her. Madonna is my most played artist (she does have a lot more material) but Gaga puts up such a strong fight and I think in my heart, she is my #1. My ultimate!
August 24, 20195 yr Yes, by far! She's the only I artist I follow closely each day. I love several artists but she's the only one I "stan" I think.

August 24, 20195 yr Yes yes yes!! She’s someone I literally stan. I check her social feeds daily. When I’m bored I search for her on Twitter (or search LG6). She’s the only person I can watch the same things over and over again and not get bored. She’s definitely my favourite though. Like I love a lot of other females but when I compare them to Gaga there’s like no contest what so ever she would wipe the floor with them all if they shared a stage. . To me she’s just the best. She has EVERYTHING.

August 25, 20195 yr For some reason I am unable to edit your vote :o :cool: :lol: In reply to the poll, I voted No. I love GaGa but in terms of female solo artists she hasn't overtaken Madonna, Cher, or Adele for me... yet... there is potential for her to do so. In terms of overall Artists / Bands - Madonna, Spice Girls, Cher, Scissor Sisters, Adele and Steps (guilty pleasure for the last one) are still my favourite. Gaga would probably be in my top 10/20 if I really sat down and thought about it.

August 25, 20195 yr It’s a no from me. She’s very good when at her best but she also has some truly horrendous moments too. Which I’m fine with, I’d rather that than everything be average. Madonna still eclipses everyone else for me due to the vastness and consistency of her material - plus that gut unreserved feeling that’s tough to explain - but Gaga has potential to be up there if she continues her resurgence over the next decade or so.
August 26, 20195 yr I think when I did my Ultimate Artist chart a few months back I placed her at #11 which in hindsight seems very low... Anyway, since revisiting her discography and watching ASIB and listening to the soundtrack etc, I’d definitely say that she’s top 3/5!
