The consistency! *.* I thought Michael Ball/Tom Moore would push them out the Top 20 last minute so a pleasant surprise to see them still there. Should be set for a climb this week surely?

I doubt it with Drake, remixes of Savage, Say so plus AJ Tracey and DaBaby all look like they are doing way better.

Down to #44 on Spotify 😩 Despite being #5 on Hot Hits.

So happy they’ve managed to make it 5 weeks in the top 20.

There were three new entries so you could claim they climbed three spots lol.

In all seriousness now I’m satisfied, there’s only so much they can do. A List kicks in today, video’s probably coming next week, the only thing I’d change is a bit more international support on Spotify.

Imagine if they had The Search on, they’d have weekly promo on Saturday nights, it’d most likely smash.

They got put to 5 today. But HH wont have any impact coz all focus is usually on New Music Fridays

They're down to #25 on iTunes as well.

It is kinda baffling how the public aren't really taking to this even with the radio and Spotify exposure. Hopefully a video helps but it's clear it's not going to be the big hit or have the return to the top ten/fifteen we really wanted.

The fact it's managed 5 weeks top 20 despite it's performance on Spotify, shows that it's holding up well and resonating with the general public, no?

It's only so low on iTunes coz most of the other tracks are getting HUGE exposure on TikTok (I can see 3 that I hear regularly EVERY DAY from there) + a tonne of charity releases, discounted popular hits and a couple of fan-based buys like Rolling Stones/Oasis. The thing that's confusing me though is that RS are holding up incredibly well though... I thought it'd be well out the top 40 by now

Bare in mind, Little Mix usually get strong iTunes boosts whenever they drop the video to their singles. Whether that is the case with this one, I don't know, but time will tell...

I'm bored of waiting for the video though. Ugh. HURRY UP!

I just think they're unlucky to be up against SO MANY charity singles at one time. However, charity singles barely do anything on streaming and will only sell if they have hype/exposure on the news/morning shows etc..

I think they'd done just great, I'm not sure how much better people were/are expecting them to perform? Little Mix benefit hugely from TV performances and music videos, which 'Break Up Song' hasn't had, so five weeks Top 20 and chart sales remaining consistent is really good. They're in a much better position now than they were a year ago and that was the main goal of this release.
We surely can all agree the song has done well under the current circumstances.

Agreed.

Now, they just need to follow this up with a STORMER and I think they'll get another 'Woman Like Me' chart smash again... just DON'T do a Katy and f*** up the next single

This is bound to fall out of the Spotify Top 50 then tomorrow :(

As it's not a proper Drake album and a lot of the songs have been on Soundcloud for a while I imagine the tracks won't hold up as well as normal so hopefully Break Up Song can get back in the top 50 by the week at least.

It’s not a big deal that it’s down on Itunes, it’s sort of about time honestly...
I honestly can't keep up with the amount of material Drake releases. How are people not sick to death of him clogging up the charts every few months with albums, EPs, mixtakes and random single releases?

Out of all the artists to drop mixtapes of demos... :drama:

GIVE ME BRITNEY'S 'ORIGINAL DOLL' PLEASE!!!!

I don't when they discount as long as they DO before ACR. Some labels just.... forget. See: Katy Perry Never Really Over which could have easily usher her into the top 10. (Not that this will do that) it's an easy way to grab an extra 1k sales on any week.

I think it’s been a good thing they haven’t discounted yet...

Time to do it is when the songs falling rapidly and about to hit ACR.

Lol there were 14 new entries in the Top 50. Where did they end up?
