Wales voted for Brexit, don't forget - and that 40% wasn't remotely reflected in the GE - in fact Plaid Cymru's share even fell by 0.5% to 9.9%.

I would not be surprised if eventually our departure leads to the break-up of the EU. Other members will see how well we're doing and want to leave too.

You have overlooked the fact that no other European country uses FPTP. It is a lot easier for an anti-EU party to get into parliament in every other European state. None of them have a significant presence.
