Britney joked that she ran 100m in 5.97 seconds, which is considerably faster than the world record holder Usain Bolt

This has been my favourite social media moment in a while  especially the responses like "if Britney said she beat Usain, then she did." :kink:

The only way Usain Bolt would beat Britney in a race is by doing this...

I’m 3 albums into my Britney full albums listening session.

Deicided id do it in order of her career. I’ve heard them all at some point just been ages since I heard them all in full and as whole albums. Such nostalgia!

So far I think I’d rate her first three as

1. Britney

2. Baby One More Time

3. Oops I Did It Again

Excited to move into the In The Zone era tomorrow (or later tonight!) :yahoo:

Early Britney is fantastic! The ultimate pop star.

I think I used to rank the first three like that too, but recently 'Oops...!' has really grown in my affections that I actually think it's a stronger album than BOMT! Her first 5 albums were perfect at showing artistic growth and managing to "one up" each other, for me.

Excited to see where you hold albums 4 - 9 in your ranking :o

I’ll be sure to post my whole rankings once I’ve heard them all.

I was torn on how to do it but I thought going from album 1 onwards would be the best way.

What’s been surprising for far is every album I’d had a few tracks what weren’t singles I loved yet on a re listen I’ve preferred something else or something else has stood out more and fully clicked.

It’s amazing how good some thing can sound with almost fresh ears though. Because I haven’t heard them all as whole albums in a while it’s like hearing them for the first time all over again

One positive of lockdown so far is that I’ve been able to really delve back into music and listen to people’s discography’s from day one again.
