Do people still put up garden boards/window stickers saying which party they are supporting, in your area?

This is the most hilarious, car-crash worthy interview I've seen so far during the election, so much so that I can only conclude that it's actually a Catherine Tate sketch. During an interview with the "interim" leader of Ukip, Pat Mountain (a name that has to be made up - that's a lot of sh**e), she said that her party wouldn't welcome Tommy Robinson, "unlike other racist parties", and then says she's not at liberty to divulge what constituencies her candidates are running in (which you know, the party has already done):

I assume the phrase "other racist parties" means she acknowledges that UKIP is a racist party.

Plenty of posters and billboards near me - almost all of them Labour.

I passed through bits of Lewes and Eastbourne a couple weeks ago and saw a few Lib Dem posters and the odd Labour and Green one.

None at all here and we haven't had a single leaflet which is very unusual as we always have some. Still time yet though.

Sounds like it doesn't it?

Just watched by watched this there now - Boulton sounded bored by her like Of knowledge 😂

Seen the first weather reports for the 12th December have temps at 3-6 degrees with threat of sleet and snow / hardly ideal lol.

More models showing potential for food and possibly snow next Thursday for the election.

DB any of your models showing this?

Lots of LD posters, but just one Tory, but that's normal for here, as it's other parts of the town that are strongly tory.

Labour is the only party I haven't received so much as a leaflet from.

I've heard of it raining cats & dogs, but not food! :P

Think he means flood. :D

Think he means flood. :D

That was my guess too , but it was too good a typo to ignore. :P

This is quite funny

Guy interviewed on C4 news last night:" I like Boris, when you ask him a question he gives an honest answer. He lies a lot but he gives an honest answer."

Haha I actually meant cold.

Haven't seen this on the BBC yet.

Brexit: Tory minister admits US will be able to increase price of drugs bought by NHS

Dominic Raab has admitted the US will be able to ramp up the cost of drugs bought by the NHS after Brexit, but insisted the prospect is “hugely unlikely”.

Asked if Washington would be free to “jack up prices”, the Foreign Secretary replied: “The Americans will take their decisions.”

He then claimed: “I think it’s hugely unlikely, why would they do that?” – prompting Sky News interviewer Adam Boulton to say: “To get more money that’s why.”

Who let the Raab out? Every time he opens his mouth, he just reveals how thick he is. Let's hope he gets his P45 next week.

Esher & Walton is looking rather beautifully close, I really hope that's one seat where tactical voting takes hold in all its glory.

From Sky News:

Donald Trump has promised to stay out of the UK general election as he visits for the NATO summit - but said Boris Johnson will do a good job.

Mr Trump said he backed Brexit, and even predicted it, as he spoke to reporters alongside NATO's secretary general Jens Stoltenberg.

Asked about interfering in the 12 December poll, Mr Trump said: "I don't want to complicate it. I've won a lot of elections for a lot of people."

He went on: "I'll stay out of the election. I'm a fan of Brexit, I called it. I was here, they asked if it was going to happen and I said yes and they smiled, it was just my opinion.

"I'll stay out of it, but Boris is very capable and I think he will do a good job."

Asked about whether the NHS would be discussed between US and UK officials for a future trade deal after Brexit, he said: "No, not at all. I have nothing to do with it. Never even thought about it, honestly.

"I don't even know where that rumour started.
