I'm honestly expecting the polls to be very accurate this year.

If they're wrong this time again then no-one will take any notice of them in future.

Can you not post political messages on Facebook now? Four times now since last night I've posted on MY timeline "Vote Conservative. Get Brexit Done. It's Oven Ready. Send Corbyn back to his allotment" and it's disappeared after a few hours each time.

Have just complained to Facebook. Free speech. I thought you could post what you want on your timeline, within the law obviously. How can 4 posts just vanish by themselves. I see other election stuff.

Me too :( I almost don't want tomorrow to come in a weird way.

Shrodinger's cat. Right now, we're in a state of uncertainty, of possibilities, where anything can be true, but tomorrow the result will be final and known - for better or worse. It's like exams. Maybe you have all As, maybe you failed everything, but unless you get all As, the Shrodinger results were better.

Well, oven ready IS a lie, but I also defend your right to political commentary on facebook.

I haven't deleted them. Why would I? If they don't reply I'll ring The Sun and see what they say.

I can understand the mods here deleting that but not on Facebook.

I'd search for you on FB if only I know your surname - if you're willing PM me it, or just look *me* up - you know my full name, right?

I am genuinely so nervous. I feel a little sick about the results tonight.

Oh god.

Same, can barely concentrate at work right now. Especially as I've just seen that my brother's girlfriend, a previously undecided voter, has put on Facebook that she's voting Tory. I'm so disappointed.

Going to do my bit for Labour in about an hour anyway!

Get Allison Pearson to try and write a piece on it, that's very much her kinda thing. :teresa:

PM'd you a link. Nothing to hide. Am very transparent. Don't post much on there. :D

Are you for real? You don't even know any results yet.

Uh, yes, much like others in this thread. It's difficult to focus on anything else — just waiting for confirmation of all our fears realised.

When you've suffered what we did last year you kind of get things in perspective. Not having a go but an election result isn't very important really. Your family and people and friends are the most important. :)

I got bombarded by Tory-pushing offensive tweets by people I don't follow, and that nobody retweeted. It's all about illegal advertising despite what companies claim. I complained instantly to one of the twatter twats and Jess Phillips who it was slagging off and it all sort of vapourised into thin air as if it never existed once I'd pointed out I didn't invite anyone to post propaganda that forced me to read their bollocks.

Why is Boris promising us an oven-ready Brexit for Christmas? Cos it's a complete turkey and we'll end up getting royally-stuffed with all the trimmings.

:P

Well it is kind of important given how many people Have died due to austerity, people’s freedom and workers rights could well be majorly hindered under the Tories. The NHS will also be f***ed under the Tory government.

So I’d say it is quite an important concern. Especially if you’re reliant on services

What I mean is most peoples' lives won't change at all whether Labour win or Boris continues.

Sorry but that’s bollocks

Don't think a high turnout in London really tells us much, it's the small towns that are important.

As always.

Chris, did yiu get that email from the Tories begging voters to get out there as the Labour turnout is high?

Yes exactly. Most are big majorities in London anyway.

PS. I don't think Jo Swinson will be PM tomorrow.
