Someone needs to ask him whether his comments apply to the single mothers he is responsible for - however many of them there may be.

 

We have also been reminded this weekend of the fact that he previously boasted about his support for bankers after the financial crash they caused.

Erm what he said. Not all of them You can't tar them all with the same brush but a lot get pregnant to get benefits and a council house. I know at least 3 girls from Rachel's secondary school who did that instead of going to Uni..No dads around.

This is the most hilarious, car-crash worthy interview I've seen so far during the election, so much so that I can only conclude that it's actually a Catherine Tate sketch. During an interview with the "interim" leader of Ukip, Pat Mountain (a name that has to be made up - that's a lot of sh**e), she said that her party wouldn't welcome Tommy Robinson, "unlike other racist parties", and then says she's not at liberty to divulge what constituencies her candidates are running in (which you know, the party has already done):

It's nice that UKIP is now irrelevant enough that we can safely just treat that interview as some comic relief.
