The hospital concerned has said that it was an exceptionally busy period yesterday and whilst there were no beds at that time there were empty chairs but the boy chose to lay on the floor and his parents let him which wasn't their staff's fault.

He is also now the record holder as the longest "serving" health secretary in the history of the country. Funny how he ran the nhs EXACTLY FOLLLWING THE PLAN LAID OUT IN THE STEALTH PRIVATISATION DOCUMENT HE MADE!!!
