I think Celine may just about hold the Number 2 position with them close behind at 3, and Take That number 4.

Dance Monkey was on 50.4k this time last week, it's actually gone up week on week so Tones could still avoid ACR *_* depending on whether she's actually increased in streams that is

the Spotify figures have been lower every day, on average 25k lower per day, which I know is not much... it also depends if the market increases or not... cos last week she dropped but not by much but then the market increased...

really hope Ball/Boe don't catch Celine Dion :/ they've gone and cover The Greatest Showman song, ouch, can someone go any lower :/

Like Celine wouldn't also cover it though.

LewCap would’ve had a big chance of knocking Tones off the top next week had he waited to release on Friday instead of releasing at midweek. I don’t understand why people find DM so appealing

It's possible the decrease on Spotify has been offset by increases on other platforms e.g. Amazon Music which seems a bit behind the curve in terms of new music... It's going to be touch and go anyway. If it does go to ACR, it'll be unlucky to have been only just under the threshold where it counts as a decrease for each of the 3 weeks, but that's the rules.

I’ve lost count of how many times DM has avoided ACR. OCC should change the rules so that if a song avoids ACR three times, then it gets immediate ACR

Omg PLEASE block Lewis!!

How many sales do we think Westlife will finish the week with?
I thought the first update sales for Westlife were great but I was expecting them to be selling at a better rate throughout the week. I assume they'll pick up towards Christmas but I'm not sure they'll achieve Platinum before year's end like I originally expected.
Westlife should have covered The Greatest Showman instead of Boe/Ball, then they'd go platinum :o

It's possible that Tones' downloads may just be up a bit this week? It got a fairly big boost on iTunes the other day. It does seem her streaming numbers are probably on course to be either very slightly up or very slightly down overall anyway though so it's probably a coin toss if it goes to ACR or not. It looks like Lewis might well be ahead of Tones next week regardless though if him debuting at #6 on Spotify from only 7 hours of streams is anything to go by.

You've lost count at 0? It's literally only the last two weeks its streams were decreasing relative to the market so if it avoids ACR this week that'd be a grand total of one time.

I dont see this album making platinum.

200K, possibly 250k is where i think it will close with.

What's caused Lover to re-enter? Sorry if this has already been answered.

The remix which features Shawn Mendes

Why would that be ok though? If a song avoids ACR it shows it's popular and deserves to remain in the chart. It also shows the difference between a quick fire hit and a huge hit in this day and age so I like it the way it is.
