April 2, 20206 yr Who's the Leander again til then? Still two interim leaders- Ed Davey and party president Mark Pack.
May 20, 20206 yr It's changed again  The contest will now take place over the summer with the assumption that all hustings will be online. The new leader will be announced at the end of August. The party also plans to hold an online conference which promises to be interesting.
July 11, 20206 yr I would vote Layla she's free from the coalition government shackles and is a bit more of a fresh start. Is her mother Palestinian or something did I read? Must be where she gets the good looks from, she's ❤️

Must be where she gets the good looks from, she's ❤️ Yes, her mother is Palestinian. She is also a former pupil of a friend of mine! Her former school (Roedean) is just a short walk from here. She went there because her father worked as a diplomat (and, therefore, moved around a lot), not because her family is loaded.
August 27, 20206 yr Oh dear god they keep shooting themselves in the foot. I assume Davy would be looked at as a Orange Booker?
August 27, 20206 yr Oh dear god they keep shooting themselves in the foot. I assume Davy would be looked at as a Orange Booker? Certainly more so than Layla Moran. Unfortunately, all three main GB-wide parties are led my middle-aged white men with a London constituency.
August 27, 20206 yr Strange as it seems I think I'm happier with Ed Davey, more likely to eat into the Conservative poll numbers than Labour's, and as much as people are bringing up the coalition yet again, I know he's got some good policies particularly environment-wise. Not that he's done much as interim leader but there's been v. little opportunity to.

August 27, 20206 yr  🤣🤣🤣 I actually cackled at this! Davey will do heehaw for them north of the wall but we need someone to pinch the soft Tory seats to stop the Tories in 2024
August 30, 20205 yr Certainly more so than Layla Moran. Unfortunately, all three main GB-wide parties are led my middle-aged white men with a London constituency. And two of them are Sirs.
