June 5, 20205 yr Author 'You Make My Dreams' was certified Platinum just 40 weeks after being certified Gold back in November 2018, which meant it was averaging about 5k a week! Assuming it's selling at the same rate, it should be on ~980k to date, making it the first millionaire track never to chart! From the songs that didn't make the Top 40, both 'The Chain' and 'What You Know' have passed 1m already (the former will be 2x Platinum next month) and 'Brown Eyed Girl' will pass 1m as of next Friday's chart.

Wow at 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star', wherever it's coming from! It only has 5.1 million Spotify plays (worldwide). I assumed it was one of those random no-name 'artists' on digital services but it's actually a real duo featuring a singer who worked with the band Zero 7.

This new Silver certification is under 'All 4 One'. I assume it tracks all its sales since being made available for download in 2004. 'I Swear' sold 706k in 1994 but I believe this has been revised to 510k. Depending on what sales you choose to believe, 'I Swear' has sold either 906k or 710k in total. '(I've Had) The Time of My Life' peaked at #6 when it charted from 1987-88 and #8 in 1990-91. Unsure of its total sales but presumably 900k+. 'When Doves Cry' sold 380k in 1984; 780k in total. 'You're My Best Friend' sold around 170k in 1976; 570k in total (I don't think that's right, I'm sure it's meant to be Silver not Gold as it's not been certified before. 370k in total seems more likely).

I guess it's just sold 200k since 2004, but not passed any new certifications. It's not even close to 1200k at this point no matter how you count it.
