Morrissey did actually announce a new album yesterday, called 'I Am Not a Dog on a Chain' which is due to come out in March. As far as I'm aware it hasn't got lyrics like those in the article but I'm kinda curious what a song titled 'What Kind of People Live in These Houses?' might have in it :lol:

It's doing amazingly all over Europe in the past 2 weeks, it's really big and it looks like it's gonna be big in the UK also, it's also the next song in the US now.

The Weeknd may be an 'urban' act but 'Blinding Lights' couldn't be more pop so that may be helping it on iTunes too (particularly over 'Heartless').

Radio 2 playlisting has kicked in, not sure how long Capital have been playing it but I've heard it a few times on there too
