February 2, 20205 yr how were you expecting it to work? I thought it won't let me submit the votes until I have something different in every field, then I thought it won't let me submit a new set of votes (with the same country name), only to modify the ones I already had. (No shade though, it definitely looks great and it's easy to use, I just wanted to 'test' what the app knows.)
