Seems like I’ll be receiving my order of the blue double cassette & clear cassette today. Hoping I’ll receive the HMV deluxe & print today but I don’t have tracking for that. I’m feeling a bit nervous about that order re: the print, because it wasn’t mentioned in my order email... but I definitely bought it while the item said it included a signed print. If it doesn’t include it I’ll be gutted, considering it was £16.99 + £2 postage. *Tries and fails to stay calm*

Now that the chart battle is over I can finally listen to Disco guilt-free, I initially listened to the leak last Wednesday because I was v excited but it didn't sink in, managed to have a few good proper listens over the last few days.

 

It's still a stellar pop album, but Miss a Thing is so damn good. Like I am amazed at how good it is. Say Something still bangs and was an excellent lead and Supernova is an experience. There's still a bit of filler, but even Kylie filler isn't necessarily bad. It's delivered with such charm and energy that you can almost overlook it. I also think she should vocally produce herself more often, her voice is so vibrant and bright, which is actually rare for someone who is older, as voices tend to deepen once a singer hits a certain age.

 

If she gets the #1, it's well deserved.

Well I just got mine and...no print! I've emailed the HMV customer service email as it pretty clearly said it included a print. I'm hoping either they forgot to mention the print would be sent out at a later date or that they'll be able to send me one now i've asked :wacko:

I've seen about 10 people so far saying they only got the vinyl, that kinda gives me hope they didn't oversell and it will simply be a case of sending the prints out to everyone. Still a bit messy tho

I got a response back saying they have some spares in the Warehouse and are sending me one, hopefully everyone who got an incorrect order gets one

I noticed the standard CD has gone up to £10.99 on Amazon - they obviously wanted to price it at £9.99 for release and hold at that rather than going in at £10.99 then dropping the price - another good move from BMG.
