Very surprised at how badly he's doing! I thought he'd struggle for Top 5 but would be safely Top 10 and now it's looking like that's at risk too. Where did his support go?

I've got 4 copies from his official store, all pre-ordered before release, that have yet to be dispatched...

Yeah same here! Also have another two copies that have been ‘processed’ but not yet dispatched :drama:

 

So it’s not about him losing support, it’s about his team not being able to get orders out...

What a disaster :cry: I feel quite lucky that I've got my orders:

 

CD (Signed)

Vinyl (Silver)

 

However I ordered them separately. It seems difficult to pinpoint what could be causing the delay for others, but maybe the alternate CD covers, cassettes and the zine are causing problems? :thinking: The cassette sales seem terribly low considering it's available in two colours.

It has to be a problem with the deluxe packaged CDs, cassettes, zine, or the alternate covers, but honestly don't even know. I'm intrigued to know what Joel ordered to see if it correlates with what myself and Joseph have both ordered!

Isn't Shawn's website notorious for being shit? (Like, Ik artist stores in general are poor for the most part, but think I've def seen more about Shawn's than any other artist atm) WTF they playing at? :lol:

 

Listening to the album for the first time... finally. I'm up to 'Monstbleurgh' atm and 'Teach Me How to Love' & 'Call My Friends' are my faves so far.

Mine has been saying the following:

 

Order: Confirmed

 

Then at the bottom it states:

Delivery 1 of 1 Processed

 

I’ve had no dispatch email, obviously no cd’s and it’s been saying that from the 1st December...

I'm not sure what it was like during the last era because I can't remember that far back (although I did order the deluxe boxset of the album and there were no issues with that really), but yeah when If I Can't Have You and Señorita were released there were... LONG gaps between ordering and receiving the products. That was stated on the website though 'ships in x weeks'. This time it's just a shambles :drama: :lol:

Could be a problem with the alternate cover CDs then as Joseph still hasn't received a dispatch email about that either (mine was ordered with the Monster CD single and says 'processed' too but no dispatch email yet!) :thinking:

When I spoke to the store by e-mail before, apparently when it goes to 'processed' on the Order History page, that's all you'll see. You then get a dispatch email in due course (although when that's actually gonna happen remains a mystery). One of my orders is still showing as Pending at the moment so LORD KNOWS :cry:

Oh well, I think we can pretty much guarantee the album's performance in the UK is doomed. At least it'll have performed well in the US / Canada I guess.

Mine have finally shipped yesterday so hope everyone’s has now.
I thought the situation would resolve by the time of the official chart but my god it was definitely pushing it! Wonder how much of a boost it will get - 3.4k away from the Top 5 as of Thursday's update, another 400 and it would be #4.
