This is amazing. Their voices are amazing together (I'm low-key surprised as I was fearing it'd sound like they were trying to out-do each other). It's very BTW era meets DW era. Fantastic.

 

Ari especially sounds glorious!

Two listens in and I’m sooo happy with this collab :wub: it really started my day off right with its euphoric power! I adore the strong lyrics, dance production and the vocals. Ariana sounds fantastic in particular :heart: but the meeting of the two together is when it feels most special. I’m really glad that we’re getting the video today as I already can’t wait to see what visuals accompany this! It just keeps getting better and better with each listen right now. Relieved that I'm not disappointed!

I think Ariana actually outshines Gaga in this. It’s actually very good and a massive improvement on Stupid Love in terms of Gaga but I think Ariana sounds incredible.

I agree Ariana delivers better in this.

 

Gaga's solo chorus is better, but I love when they're harmonizing and the call and do the call and response in the pre-chorus.

 

My favourite bit by far is the Outro, I feel like it should have been the Post-Chorus instead, in fact I'd love to hear an extended version where they edit it in after every Chorus/Dance break.

I'm gonna have to look up the lyrics to learn Ariana's part, I can't decipher a lot of it.

I’d like to hear it like that tbh for my ears it might sound even better as the final 30 seconds or so of the song is heavenly.

 

 

Just gave this a first listen and I really enjoyed it. I think it's safe to say it's already my favourite Lady Gaga song. Ari obviously sounds amazing but LG's vocals do put me off slightly at times. The beat is great though. I think this is going to continue to grow on me too. :D

I was looking through some Ariana-stan twitter to see their consensus on this and a pretty large majority of the fans seemed to prefer stuck with u over Rain On Me which I found pretty surprising

edit: its actually a lot more like 50/50 looking at it but still ROM should be getting all the love its miles better!

The mixed reviews are surprising! I think people had bigged it up in their mind too much. To see comments that it's a repetitive pop song is a tad naive I would say.... it's pop of course it's repetitive. :rolleyes:

 

I have a feeling this is going to be a grower for many. Once the radios get it pumping and it that ear worm gets to them all. :lol:
