March 5, 20205 yr Author Anne-Marie & Stefflon Don Anne-Marie is doing OK surely? Agreed with Stefflon Don though, it did look at one point as though she'd be the British Nicki Minaj.
March 5, 20205 yr She's doing ok but she was promoted as if she'd be THE new British pop g9rl, instead that success went to Mabel & Dua
March 5, 20205 yr Hurts. Quality pop singles, still mystified why they never broke through despite the more-traditional 80's-stylings. The 00's was a major shift away from old-style pop and had new pop rules you had to stick to to get streaming playlist action....
March 5, 20205 yr Mini Viva after their iconic debut ‘Left My Heart In Tokyo’ they disappeared rapidly despite some banging tunes
March 5, 20205 yr Raye - after 'Decline' and 'You Don't Know Me', I really thought she was destined for big things! Alas, it wasn't to be :(
March 5, 20205 yr Nikki Williams, I thought she'd blow up in 2013 and am still quite gutted she didn't. :( All she got was a #1 on the Bubbling Under Billboard chart (effectively #101) and having written Demi Lovato's 'Heart Attack', and nothing after that. She had one of the best voices I've ever heard. jVpXh4uq04k lES1SB9SqQw
March 5, 20205 yr Author I've literally never heard of Nikki Williams! Liking the sound of those tracks though, 'Kill f*** Marry's a bit of a tune isn't it? EDIT: Just discovered it was co-written with Sia, explains why I like it so much  Edited March 5, 20205 yr by M4NGO
March 5, 20205 yr Tinashe although it could be more deserved rather than me thinking she’d be huge. Clara as well sort of. She did ok here in the UK but back when she debuted I thought she’d rival Beyoncé. Rihanna took that crown.
