Not top 20 first look doesnt sound promising cor Demi Lovato going top 40, she already dropping fast

Really hoping 'Physical' does actually finish top 10 this week!

As for Demi, this was her moment to come back and properly smash it but she's kinda wasted that chance with this shoddy single. Shame.

Physical has been a long way behind Intentions and Say So on Spotify, maybe it'll close from today but I can see at least one of those overtaking it - and SYL is a law unto itself at this point, I can only imagine the hysteria if it ends the week at #10 and Physical at #11

Lewis is gonna end up blocking Dua from the top 10, isn't he?

UGH.

hoping The Weeknd stays ahead of Aitch/AJ, the gap will probably be a lot shorter tomorrow though..

Paul & Jacqui on almost 15k already *_* The Beautiful South still smashing after 30 years

Great to see 'Physical' holding from its First Look position so far, fingers crossed it can hang onto the top 10 at least for a week. Yay for Sam being back in the top 20 too.

Buzzjack’s two least favourite rap duos about to get another top 40 hit then. :’)

haven’t heard it or the Demi or Lil Uzi tracks but not expecting I’d enjoy any of them (and if the Demi song really does have a Birthday vibe then I’ll most probably dislike it)

but at least we’ve got Aitch and AJ near the top.

Really happy to see paul and jacqui number 1 and will be well over 20k.

Having just given this song a listen... like their previous collaboration, DBE and K&K on the same song seems to bring out the worst in all 4 of them. Not that Young Adz ever needs much inspiration to bring out his worst as he does that 95% of the time anyway but still. The only saving grace of this song is how hilariously out of place Deno's comparatively wholesome verse sounds. You don't need to associate yourself with these people Deno, you're better than this. xx

The Demi song actually isn't as bad as I expected it to be, it's not exactly good but it's tolerable enough, which puts it several universes above 'Birthday'. The Aitch song is ok but I was hoping for better from the names involved (I think I actually preferred 'MICE'). Guess I am relying on Lil Uzi Vert for there to be any new top 40 entries I care much about this week (not heard any of his album tracks yet). I guess BENEE could also end up in the top 40 by the end of the week at the rate she is rising on Spotify but I also don't really anticipate that being a favourite for me, who knows tho ~~

I see Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds showing up at #42 in the midweek update today - I'm guessing that once again their EP sales are being counted in the midweeks but will probably end up being excluded from the final chart.

Keep rising 'To Die For' such a good track!

Thank goodness for Beautiful South keeping the top of the album chart respectable.

not the bestest week for newies :/ the chart was bad enough with one Anne Marie song, we didn't need 2 :/

Also just realised that from this week on Da Beatfreakz officially have the same number of top 40 hits as Beatfreakz (of 2006 dance cover versions 'fame'). Fun fact.

Although they already have a few more counting songs they produced without an official credit, namely Cadet/Deno 'Advice', Swarmz/Tion Wayne 'Bally' and Krept & Konan/D-Block Europe 'Tell Me'.
